You and Maria are currently clearing off your office since SHIELD is moving to a new location. You were putting mission reports, folders, etcetera into boxes as you don't want to walk down the hallway with a tower of paper. You look through your last desk drawer and you see a piece of paper.

Remember when we first did meet,
our hearts rejoiced and skipped a beat.
Remember our first kiss goodnight,
the hug we shared that summer's night.

Remember when you looked at me
and saw the one you love and need.
Remember when you reached for me
and knew that we were meant to be.

Remember when we used to talk,
when we held hands and took long walks.
Remember when the world was bright,
when we would laugh and hold on tight.

Remember when our hearts were broken,
when times were tough and words unspoken.
Remember when our love endured
the pain and heartaches of the world.

What happened to the life we shared?
What happened to a love so rare?
What happened to the kiss goodnight,
the warm embrace, the love at night?

"It's cut?"

"What's cut, Y/N?" Maria asks.

"This poem, I think it's not yet finished, it's torn at the bottom, look." You explained, holding up the piece of paper to Maria.

"Just because it's torn at the bottom doesn't mean it's not finished."

"Well, no, I really think there's still has a continuation to this poem." You said as you stared at the paper, eyebrows furrowing.

"Is there a title? What's the title?" Maria asked again.

"Remember."
