Mk's POV

Its midnight, time for my favorite time of the night, i slowly sat up from my bed and got my clothes on, Then grabbed my staff and climbed out the window, making sure to make as little noise as possible, Noone can know what i do on this roof everynight, Not even Mei, she would kill me if she found out.

I slowly crept up the stairs of my building to the rooftop where i saw a familiar man, My friend red son, he turned to look at me and he chuckled

"Late as usual noodle boy" He said with a joking tone,

I smiled and walked over, then sat on the ledge of the wall,

"Yeah, sorry about that, just a busy day with deliveries, Hanging out with mei, and Hero stuff as well" i said to him

"Its alright noodle boy" red son said

I smiled and we proceeded to talk about stuff until 6 am in the morning, This happens every night, I love talking to him about life in general, and i know what your thinking, "i thought you guys were enemies", well in reality, were friends, We just act like enemies during the day because if my friends or His parents found out, we would be dead

Once we saw the sun start to rise, Red son stood up from where he was sitting

"Well i better get home before my parents Realize i snuck out again" Red son said to me, i nodded and hugged him tightly before he vanished, I turned to go back to my apartment when i saw Monkie king sitting on the other side of a roof just watching

"So, how long has that been going on?" He asked me, but i was to shocked to respond, Monkie king knows!?! Im so dead

"How long kid?" Monkie king asked again,

I sighed in defeat

"A few months" I answered

Monkie kid chuckled and walked over,

"To be honest with you, i didnt think you would be able to hide something this big for that long" He said

I sighed

"Im sorry monkie king" i said and looked down

Monkie king put his hand on my shoulder and he smiled

"Hey, dont feel to bad, want me to tell you a secret?" Monkie king said

I nodded

"I have been secretly hanging out with Macaque for the past few months and we have been getting it down" Monkie king whispered

I blushed a lot,

"Wait wait wait, Macaque? Getting it down? You 2 have been sleeping together" I asked on shock

There was a moment of silence before monkie king started laughing

"Im just kidding, i have been hanging out with Macaque, but i have not been sleeping with him" Monkie kid said

"But seriously, i dont think its right to hide all this from your friends, tell them the truth" He countinued, and then he Vanished

Maybe Monkie kid was right, i have to tell my friends today

~Time skip~

I walked into the Restaurant, i saw Mei on her phone watching cat videos with sandy, and i saw pigsy and tang cooking in the kitchen, Well Pigsy was cooking and Tang was hugging pigsy from behind, Honestly, they are so obvious, its so cute

"Kid! Your late! Again!" pigsy yelled at me

"Sorry pigsy, i was up late again" I explained

"You gotta start going to bed earlier Mk" Tang said

"I know, and i actually have something to tell you guys, its actually part of the reason im up so late" i said

Everyone turned to look at me, i took a deep breath and started to explain

"The truth is, me and redson have been hanging out on the roof for months"

My friends went silent, the silence was terrifying, then they all started laughing

Now im just confused, why are they laughing?

"Finally, i thought you would never tell us" mei said

Wait they know!?!

"Wait, you guys know!?!" I asked

"Of course we know, pigsy opened the restaurant really early one day, and i went to go get some of his noodles, and i saw you 2 sitting on the roof talking, so i told pigsy, and we agreed to not tell anyone, mei found out another way" Tang explained to me

"So you guys are ok with it?" I asked

"Of course we are" Sandy said

I took a sigh of relief, before i had to tell them something else i discovered last night,

"Also i may or may not have a crush on him" I explained, they went from accepting to shocked

~Time skip~

Its midnight, Time for my favorite part of the day, after some careful consideration, and some convincing from my friends, i have decided to tell my red son that i have a crush on him, I hope that he accepts and who knows? Maybe we could be a thing.

I sit up from my bed, already in my clothes, i grab my staff and make my way to my window, i open it and climb out, then start making my way to the roof, but as i was walking up the stairs, i heard crying, and it wasnt happy crying either, it was sad crying, so my walk turned into a sprint and i ran up the stairs, and saw red son crying,

He turned to look at me, his hair was down and he had tears streaming down his face, when he saw me, he started crying more, i ran over to him, but when i went to touch his shoulder, he slapped my hand away,

"Red son, whats wrong? Why are you crying?" I asked him

He took a deep breath and then he explained whats going on

"My father found out about our friendship and us hanging out, and he forbid me from seeing you again, im here to say goodbye but i dont want to, you mean more to me then anyone in this world, your the reason i wake up and the reason i come to this city"

My eyes widen,

"But red son, you dont have to say goodbye" i said to him

"Yes i do, Goodbye noodle boy" Red son said and right in front of my eyes, he vanished, i fell on the ground to my knees and the rose i was planning on giving him fell out of my pocket, tears started streaming down my face and i burst into violent sobs

Did i just lose the boy that meant the most to me?...............

Yes........Yes i did
