Liu er's POV

I was laying down on Wukong's chest, and I've never felt weaker in my whole life, Yuan Sheng put me into Jade Rabbit and Wukongs cage near the throne

I looked at wukong as he was discussing a plan with Jade and I sighed

Wukong looked at me and he smiled before kissing my forehead, I blushed a bit

"Don't worry Liu er, me and Jade will find a way to stop Yuan Sheng from taking over the kingdom" Wukong said to me

I smiled a bit, I admire his confidence and willingness to save everyone

I sighed and tried to stand up but my legs gave out and I fell again

"The first goal is getting out of this cage, how do we do that?" Jade asked

"Easy, we break the bars, I still have my Monkey powers" Wukong said before walking over to one of the bars, but the second he touched it, He was electrocuted

"Ow!, what is this cage made of?" Wukong asked

"Vengestone, a material known to weaken powers, and abilities, so your strength and powers will do nothing to break us out" I explained

"And the electrocution?" Jade asked

"They did a spell" I answered

"Wait, you were possessed though, how do you know all this?" Wukong asked me

I sighed and looked up at them

"I wasn't possessed all the time, for small amounts of time they unpossessed me so I could regain my strength, while resting they discussed plans in front of me" I explained

"Did they do anything to you in these gaps?"Jade asked

"Not really, they have monsters guard me in a dumb cage so I can't escape" I answered

Wukong put his hand on my shoulder

"You sure they're 0 ways to get out?"  Wukong asked me

I sighed and nodded before I walked over to the corner of the cage, sat down and hugged my legs, Wukong walked over and he sat down beside you

"What are you doing?" I asked him

"Cmon Liu er, We can't give up on escaping, Snap out of it, We can escape before it's To-" I cut wukong off

"Too late, Wukong, Look around you, We failed, I failed" I said before standing up

"Cmon Liu er, We can do this" Wukong tried to encourage me

I turned to look at him

"I can't do anything! Why won't you just give up on me! Can't you see what's going on!?! Look around you, I've done terrible things and all this time I tried so hard to get everyone to accept me but they were right, I'm not worth being accepted anywhere" I snapped at him

Wukong grabbed my wrist and pulled me into a tight hug and I hugged him back

"Wukong, I am so sorry" I apologized to wukong, Wukong rubbed the back of my head and held me close to him,

The cell door opened and Yuan Sheng stood at the entrance, Wukong held me tighter

"You will not be taking Liu er away from me" Wukong threatened Yuan Sheng, I blushed a bit.

"You don't have a choice" Yuan Sheng said before he walked over and grabbed my arm, attempting to pull me out but wukong grabbed my other arm, along with Jade
