Summary: In this time; the quirkless population has decreased even more thanks to scientific discoveries and more quirk marriages showing up. By now; ten percent of the population are quirkless. Though, that doesn't change much for this world. The hero's are still working hard even with the dreaded fall of One for All.
Even with the quirk and it's opposite counterpart dying off. It allowed a new brand of hero's to step up and take its place. But, with every hero, there's a villain. It has become easier to control the villain population ever since a new school had opened within the last century. With UA closing down for good, they needed it desperately. Kiyoshi Academy. The new heart and soul of any person would want to get in to train to be a hero.
