YOUR HUSBAND CAME HOME DRUNK

Nagising ako nang may naramdaman akong may pilit na yumayakap sa'kin. Nilingon ko siya at minulat ang aking mata.

"Oh, hi love. I'm sorry, did I woke you up? I just want your hugs and kisses." He chuckled.

Earlier, he asked me if he can go out with the boys, and I said yes kasi minsan lang naman siya sumama sa kanila, pero no'ng pinayagan ko na biglang ayaw naman umalis. Hinahanap na nga siya sa'kin ng mga kaibigan niya, e.

"Not at all, love," I said, facing him. "Are you drunk?" I asked him, just to confirm. Amoy kasi, e, well, I'm not mad.

"Babe, I told you they want to drink, that's why I don't wanna go pero tinataboy mo ako, hmp." Asus, hindi naman gan'to 'pag hindi lasing.

"But I said 'pag pumunta kami sa bar madaming girls and you're gonna be mad, so we rent a bar para hindi rin sila mapagalitan." These rich men.

"Now, give me my cuddles. Nagta-tampo ako kasi pinapaalis mo na ako kanina, but I can't sleep without you..." He said while trying to hug me, but I refused.

"Why are you ignoring my hugs?" He pouts, cutie.

I sat up, and so he did. "Love, you said that you missed your friends, so I said 'yes' sa paalam mo kanina."

"Pero kasama ko na sila nang matagal, we all have been friends for years sawa na ako sa mukha nila." He laughed. Nababaliw naman siya ngayon.

"Love!" This drunk man. I laughed with him. At ang loko hindi nagpatalo kinaliti pa ako!

"Love! Stop na, sige ka hindi kita bibigyan ng babies." He immediately stop, natakot ata. I'm just teasing him, natural na sa amin 'to.

"What? I'm just telling the truth. Now give my cuddles, wife."

3 years since our wedding, but him calling me 'wife' still give me butterflies, and feels so damn good to hear.

I lie down and tap the other space for him. Humiga siya at niyakap ako, I hugged him back.

For the 3 years that we're married, the most important thing to do for us at the end of the day is to cuddle, hindi niya nakakalimutan 'yon.

He's clingy, and so do I. We had been through a lot already, we lost each other for many years, but now that we're together ayaw na naming mawalay sa isa't-isa.

We're doing this relationship as a partner, in every decision or argument, we always listen and ask each other for opinions.

This is how our relationship works. We talk, listen then talk, and of course with honesty, loyalty, and to spend time with each other no matter how busy you are.

I stare at his perfect face while he's hugging me. I remembered those eyes, that made me fell crazy in love with him 'yong mga mata niya na sadyang nakakabaliw. 'Yong 'pag tinignan ka matutunaw ka talaga.

God knows how much I love him. I love every small detail and flaw of him.
