Rimuru POV:

It has been a Month since I gained My Status, and since then I was finally allowed to trained in Magic and Swordsmanship, of course I didn't need to train in both, since I pretty much mastered Swordsmanship with the help of Hakorou and Chloe, with Ciel giving me pointers to become better and stronger than my teachers, which is weird since Chloe is my student as well, but after training for about a Year and a Half, I was able to create my own Sword Style Originally Named «Tempest Arts»

And with Magic, I was able to easily master it, with the teachings of Ciel, since according to Ciel, I more talented in the Art of Magic more than the Art of The Sword, which I was a little disappointed about, since you know Swords and Magic, out of the two, I want swords since, you can pretty much shock people more easily with swords, especially if the swordsman is able to cut a Magic Spell in half

Of course I didn't really dwell in it for far too long, so right now, I'am in the Royal Library to read about the Important things in this world, or the things that are Allowed in the Public Eyes and Ears, and of course I could just asked Ciel for Information, I can get it no problem, and besides that the Information I gain would be the most Accurate and the Truest form of Information

But I didn't since with the simple reason of me gaining a passion of ready books, since after reading paper work for hundreds of years, I just gained a passion for reading apparently, which I didn't really mind since my only hobby when I didn't have anything to do, is to explore the Multiverse and test taste there delicious delicacies

Of course I did use Ciel for somethings, like for example, my family line and there personalities, if there personalities are the exact same that they written about in the History Books and most of all the Great World War

And thankfully everything written in the books of the Public and the Royal Library is telling the truth, so I'am thankful for that, and you might be wondering why I wanted to know this right? 

Simple really, Enemies 

The Kingdom of Arcadia Tempest and the Royal Family of Tempest, has many Enemies, this is more apparent in the other Kingdoms that envied the Mighty and Wealthy Kingdom, and the other lesser being in the Nobles and Criminals

The reason for this animosity of the other Kingdoms is simple because of the Great World War, because of all of the Kingdoms waging war against each other, it is only natural that many also attacked the Kingdom, but because of the Strength of the Nation at that time was strong, Tempest was able to destroy the Invading Armies and even demand compensation because of the damages cost, making the other Kingdoms that attack lose a lot of there capital, resulting in there Army because dissolved because of the lack of funding

For the Nobles and Criminals, it's because of my Ancestor, the 94th King of Tempest, because of my Ancestor wanting to make the Commoners lives to become better, my Ancestor just went to a big reformat of the nation, by using the treasuries money, he was able to destroy and rebuilt all of the Buildings, with the added bonus of finding criminal dens in the Capital, and after an Investigation of the Noble Houses, my Ancestor essential strip there Noble Titles and took all of there Expensive Items like there Mansions and Properties, and with there riches as well, the reason for this is because of them being Incredible Corrupt

Because of this, there were many Nobles back then Instantly lose there Nobility, from what Ciel told me, about a hundred Nobles was strip of there Nobility, while there corrupt Nobles that didn't lose there Nobility, but instead was forever stayed as a Baron ranking with there Riches and Properties mostly taken, the reason for this is simple because of them not being as corrupt as the other Nobles

Of course there are Nobles that isn't Corrupt, because of that, those Nobles was except from the Punishments and was even awarded 100 Star Gold Coins, because of them not being Corrupt
