031- Awkward

The next day quickly arrived and luckily it was the weekend. I had quite a bit of homework to do and an essay for potions but Pansy and Millie wanted me to hang out with them and the boys for the day, so I decided to let myself have fun for the day. Ever since me and Mattheo broke up and the drama which has been going on between me and Draco, I haven't really hung out with the boys that much. It was almost the end of the year and I didn't want to spend the rest of 6th year hiding from the confrontation I would face, so I decided to hang out with Pansy, Millie and the boys. I hoped it wouldn't be awkward between me and Mattheo, or between me and Draco due to what had just happened.

I was still lying in bed as I was exhausted but Pansy so only woke me up.

"Get up, Y/n. Remember, you agreed to hang out with us." Pansy threw a pillow at my face which made me sit up on my bed.

"I only agreed as I don't want to drift apart from anyone in our group." I told her and stood up from my bed. I grabbed some clothes and made my way to the bathroom. "Just don't make it awkward." I shouted to Pansy from inside of the bathroom.

"If anything, you would be the one making it awkward." I heard Pansy shout back.

I came out of the bathroom once I was dressed. I brushed my hair and put on my shoes.

"Where's Millie?" I suddenly asked once I realised she was not in the room.

"She already went to the common room to meet the boys before we went." Pansy told me.

"Shall we go then?" I asked her once I had tied my shoe laces. Pansy nodded as a response to my question and we made our way to the common room.

"You two took your time." Millie said as me and Pansy walked over to her.

"Y/n wouldn't get out of bed." Pansy rolled her eyes. There was a sudden tension between us all, Draco kept giving me glares and Mattheo looked at me with burning eyes.

"Well, this is not awkward at all." Blaise said to break the ice which caused Pansy to elbow his arm.

"Can I speak to you for a minute?" I asked Mattheo as I walked towards him.

"Sure." He simply replied. We walked a few feet away from the group as all their eyes were on us.

"I'm sorry for what I done, but I don't want us to not talk to each other. I miss what we had and even though we're not together anymore, I still want to be friends." I admitted.

"I was and still am quite upset about the breakup, but I don't want us to be on bad terms either." He said with a smile.

"Can we go back to being friends again?" I asked him, hoping for a positive answer.

"Of course." He said politely. We both smiled at each other and walked back to the group.

"Have you two made up?" Blaise asked us.

"Yes, we have." Mattheo answered him.

"Good, now hopefully this won't be as awkward. Apart from the fact that Draco and Y/n have been giving each other death glares this entire time." Blaise blurted out. This made Pansy, Millie and Mattheo stare at me and Draco.

"I have not being giving him any glares." I defended myself quickly.

"Neither have I." Draco defends himself.

"Relax, relax, I was messing with you." Blaise chuckled which made me sigh in relief. Draco looked relieved but I could still feel his eyes on me.

We all soon decided to go to The Three Broomsticks as we usually go there. I also wanted to talk to Harry about what i saw Draco doing in the Room Of Requirements. I know Draco told me not to tell anyone and I haven't talked to Harry in ages, but he might know something I don't and I need to know. I needed to find out what he was hiding.

We found a table to sit at in The Three Broomsticks and across from us, I saw Harry sitting with Hermione and Ron. This was my chance.

"I need to go to the bathroom, I'll be two minutes." I told my friends and sat up from my chair. Draco gave me a glare but I ignored it and walked away.

Harry saw me walking by and I tilted my head as I walked by to motion him to follow me. He understood the gesture and followed me to the bathroom doors.

"Did you want to talk to me about something?" He asked me.

"Yes, but we can't talk here." I told him.

"Meet me at the astronomy tower at four o clock." He told me, seeming as thought he knew what I had to talk to him about was urgent.

"I'll be there." I told him and he nodded. He walked back to his table and a minute later I walked back to mine.

Me and my friends talked for a while until it hit half 3. I needed to get back to Hogwarts for 4.

"This has been fun but I need to go." I told everyone.

"Where do you need to go?" Pansy asked me.

"I told someone I would help them with some homework." I lied and stood up from my chair. "I'll see you all later." I told everyone and they all waved me goodbye as I left. I hopped on the train and made it back to Hogwarts with time to spare. I made my way up to the Astronomy tower where I saw Harry leaning over the edge. The view from the Astronomy tower was astonishing, it was beautiful.

"So, what did you want to talk about?" Harry asked me as I walked over to him.

"When you saw Draco at that ceremony thing, did you see a cabinet of some sort?" I asked him.

"I don't think so, why?" He replied and asked me.

"If I tell you, you can't tell anyone." I warned him. He nodded and I told him what had happened that night. Including the parts of Draco giving me a sleeping potion and admitting to it. Harry seemed quite shocked but not at the same time.

"That is very suspicious, Y/n." Harry pointed out.

"That's why I asked you if you saw a cabinet. I have a feelings he's up to something but I'm not sure what." I said.

"He's definitely up to something. We need to find out what, before it's too late." He said.

"Before it's too late?" I asked him, confused by what he meant.

"Before something bad happens." He said looking right at me.

"I'll try keep an eye on him, but last time I done that, I ended up getting poisoned." I slightly chuckled.

"If anything happens, you know where to find me." He reassured me.

"Thanks, sorry for not talking to you as much." I apologised for basically never talking to him.

"Don't worry about it. After all, your friends do hate me." He laughed.

"I should get going but I'll see you later." I told him and started heading down the stairs.

"Bye Y/n." Harry said as I left.

Draco was definitely up to something and I needed to find out what. He's been hiding something for a while now and I can't help but worry for him. My feelings for him are very complicated and I don't know how to feel around him anymore. He's irritating and arrogant and selfish, but he can also be caring and sensible and vulnerable. We kissed and we haven't talked about it since, he acted as if it never happened. I'm worried about him and surprisingly I care about him. He gives me so many mixed emotions and I'm sick of it! I want to know how he truly feels about me, but I can't ask him. I need to find out what's going on first, then I'll ask him.
