3rd Person POV
The two teens walked into Mickey's Diner.
They sat down at a booth and ordered their food.
Their food came and they ate while having multiple conversations.
After they ate they decided to walk around the park.
Dwayne grabbed the girl's hand as they walked around the pond.
Dwayne POV
We walked around the pond in comfortable silence.
"Hey Y/n.." I said. She looked up at me. "Yes?" I sighed.
What if she says no?
"Can I asked you something..?" She nodded. "So we've known eachother for a while now..and..I think I might have developed some feelings..for you.." I said nervously.
She smiled slightly.
"So I was wondering..will you be my girlfriend?" She grabbed both of my hands and stood in front of me.
Oh no..
"Dwayne.."
Here comes the rejection..
"I would love to" she smiles. "Really?!" I asked excitedly.
She nodded. "Of course cowboy" she kissed my cheek and smiled.
It started to rain.
I took off my jacket and covered Y/n with it. She grabbed it and set it on the bench beside us.
She wrapped her arms around my neck so I subconsciously put my hands on her waist.
She leaned up towards my face and gently pressed her lips on mine.
I hesitantly kissed back and pulled her closer by her waist, deepening the kiss.
Tonight will definitely be a night to remember.
