Once Arthur and merlin went to greet the new king Richard. They went back to Arthur's chambers "Arthur are you okay" merlin asked looking up at Arthur "Merlin don't let him touch you okay " merlin looked up a bit surprised "uh Arthur he never did touch m-me " merlin says looking at Arthur
"Yeah well just in case" Arthur walked closer to merlin "o-oh okay" merlin stutters Out. "Anyway tonight we're having a celebration to welcome king Richard okay" Arthur said looking at merlin. Merlin nodded and just stood there "alright merlin you may leave to help gauis or something " Arthur said looking at merlin
Merlin nods and runs off to find gauis once merlin finds gauis he asks if gauis needs anything. Gauis says he doesn't at the moment which leaves merlin with nothing to do so he heads to the training grounds to watch the knights train
Arthur spots merlin watching and smirks as he continues to train. Merlin watches Arthur fight one off the knights and cheers Arthur on "whooho go Arthur!!!" Merlin yells with excitement. Arthur smiles with a dark look in his eyes as he hears Merlin cheering for him
After training the knights all leave. Leaving Arthur and merlin alone together "did you enjoy that?" Arthur asked with a smirk.
"Oh uhm y-yeah" merlin replied with a slight blush to his cheeks. "Was I goo then" Arthur asks still smirking. Merlin quickly nods and the looks away all flustered
"Okay merlin well let's go back to my chambers so I can get ready for tonight" Arthur says starting to walk away. Merlin nods and starts walking with Arthur
Once they reach Arthur's chambers the both go in and Arthur closes the door
