"MORNING AUNTIE JENNA," Beau smiled as she walked down the stairs that one fateful morning, watching as her beloved aunt scrambled to seem as though everything was in control. It never really was, Beau knew that, but she was trying. As long as Jenna tried to do the best for the family, and tried to protect them as best as she could, Beau wouldn't have to make any... rash decisions.
Elena was drinking coffee like the caffeine addict she was, and Jeremy was probably going to go to school to get high. Normal, a good thing to the black-haired sister, though if Jeremy ever got too far, she'd have to intervene. Beau couldn't help but tune out the idle morning chatter, just as she always did. It didn't matter, not as long as they were all safe and happy. Safe and together. The one thing the black-haired girl truly took from her brother... the need for family.
In a flash, Beau found herself in Bonnie's car. She had zoned out... again, with no clear memories of anything that happened between the home and the car. It wasn't that big of a deal, she noticed, as no one seemed to even have a glimpse of an idea that Beau had left her mind during those moments.
"So Grams is telling me I'm psychic," Bonnie spoke, her voice clear and distinct as always, "Our ancestors were from Salem, witches and all that, I know, crazy, but she's going on and on about it, and I'm like, put this woman in a home already!"
Beau couldn't help but let a sleazy smirk quirk up from the corner of her lips, her eyes rolling so hard she saw white. If Bonnie was a psychic - and come on, really? A psychic? - it would make complete sense why she hated Beau so much. The things she must have seen... it just makes the black-haired girl shiver in humour. Thank god that wasn't real... after all, monsters had been created to protect humans from facing their consequences.
"Read something for 'Lena, BonBon," Beau couldn't help but tease the girl, relishing in her annoyance as the brunette rolled her eyes, "tell us something we don't already know."
