The baby was already born and she was two months old. Nathen had to meet his half-sister today. Upon arriving at Eren's, Nathen didn't want to stay, but Eren brought Ash out and something was off. You helped Nathen hold Ash, but she didn't look like Nathen or Eren. She looked more like Zeke, and you could see the difference. She didn't have Eren's eye or hair color, and she looked like Sasha in the face and everything else, suggesting that Zeke was her father.
Thinking about it, the dates that Historia conceived on didn't add up to when Eren and her supposedly had sex. Mama Yeager was there with them, and you told Eren that Ash looked like Zeke.
