I walked through the doors of the school and it already felt like everyone's eyes were on me. That's what I hate about mornings at school.
The kids who come to school before the first bell rings (A lot.) all have to sit in the cafeteria before it actually rings.
So walking in there was a few lookers, then whispering, then more lookers. And a few gasps too that made me feel oh so great.
We all went to our usual table when Alahna came through the doors. She immediately made her way to the table and Matt moved so she could sit by me.
"You're here." He mumbled, her eyes a little wide. "I am." I nodded, "I thought you wouldn't have—" she started and I shrugged, "I'm not missing two days."
