the next day, sulhee awoke feeling better than she had the past few days. rolling over to her side to check the time, she noticed she had already been messaged by jisung. she almost forgot that the male had pledged to check up on her daily, and she had to admit that someone showing such concern for her despite the way she initially spoke to him brightened her mood further.
she noticed the males contact was still under aera's name and so, heaving in a deep breath, she changed it to his own name. it hurt to rid of her friends presence from her phone as she'd gone weeks messaging aera's number to feel more connected to her, but it wasn't hers anymore. she'd find another way to passively let go of her best friend.
