Chapter 9:

Hailey's P.O.V

Ok well I told my mom about what Chance and I did. She didn't really say anything about it, but I had to tell her the truth. We were going to get married sometime and I really love him. All my mom did was stare at me.

Chance took me to the wedding store today and we picked out a wedding dress and a tux. He looked so handsome in his tuxedo.

We went back to my house and my mom wasn't there. I tried calling her, but she wouldn't pick up her phone. This was unusual for her, normally she would always pick up her phone for me.

I started to think she got mad at me for me telling her we were getting married. So I didn't really worry about it to much.

Chance and me went to Olive Garden for dinner and it was so much fun. After dinner he took me to a movie, but not at a movie theater. It was one of those where you lay on a blanket and watch the movie on a big screen. I only got to see some parts of the movie because most of the time me and him were talking and kissing each other.

When we got home my mom still wasn't there. This time there was blood going up the stairs
