Chapter 10: Issei Hyoudou

Hello So I have been writing on other stuff for the past week now, so my mind is a bit off, more then normaly, but fret not! Though when the next begins I will be taking a break, or try to at least, as my exams begin next week. But hopefully I can get this one done in this weekend, or maybe on my first day of exam. ( Inside Issei Hyoudou's plain)

As Great Red entered the dragon version of Issei's dreams, he had found a small dream or plain which did not belong to him, it belong to Issei Hyoudou. When he arrived at it, he was consumed in white light, then spat out on the side walk of a small town park. It had bushes all around it, with a rather elegant fauntiann in the middle of it. Behind said fauntian sat a adult man, with long brown spikey hair, and a small beard. He hadn't notice Great Red, who began to walk towards him.

As he came closer he saw another figure standing off to the side, next to Issei. It was a younger version of him, but it felt nothing like him. Great Red moved slowly closer towards the pair, though before he could hear them, the younger one vanished into the park's bush garden. The older Issei had turned his head towards Great Red, who hadn't noticed as he was stil wondering about why this younger version of Issei felt so weird to him.

" Hello Great Red-sama! Nice to finally meet you, come sit down." Spoke Issei, breaking Great Red train of thought, as he had been a bit shocked to have not notice Issei's eyes on him. He moved towards him, still wondering a bit about who that person was. When he was at the other end of bench away from Issei, he stop and sat down on the rather nice stone bench. He turned his head towards Issei, who was smiling towards him, with a rather friendly smile.

" Nice to meet you too, Hyoudou-san. It is an honor to meet you." Great Red spoke, as he did a small bow with his head, showing Issei the respect he felt he deserved. Which inturn ended with Issei laughing a little, making Great Red looked confused at him, not understanding what was so funny." Oh I am sorry, it's just a bit weird to be bowed to, it's been so long. You don't have to bow to me." He spoke, making Great Red a bit more confused.

" It would be weird for the strongest being in our universe to bow to small nobody, I am not anyone importen anymore. Hehe, I am just some "old" fool." Spoke Issei as he looked towards the fauntian with a happy smile, though he had a bitter look in his eyes. Great Red understood what he meant, but he felt it was not so, rather that he was the fool." I don't think so Hyoudou-san, I and Ophis feel great respect towards you. You are no fool, you are not some nobody, you are the once strongest being in our universe." Spoke Great Red confidently, making Issei chuggle a bit.

" Thanks for that, I needed to hear that, after all this time you start qusetion a few things about yourself. But I am gussing that is not why you came here, so what did you come here for? If it's just for a chat, then you should probable just leave as I have better things to do." Spoke Issei as he went from rather kind face, to a more seriuse one. Great Red didn't flinch, he just looked back at him." I came to ask why you didn't take over his body and came back to life?" Spoke Great Red, leaving Issei silent for a bit, until he began to laugh.

He continues to laugh for a bit, until he calmed down and looked towards the perfect blue sky." I don't know, never really thought about it. But before you say anything, the answer is no. I chose long ago to leave this body, and the rest in this plain until this universe would finally end. Quite dramatic aye?" Answered Issei as he continued to looked towards the sky, a satisfaced smile present on his face." But why? Don't you want to live?" Asked Great Red.

" No, not really. I did at one point, but I just realized that I would kill a kid, if I did that. His body would become mine, but his mind and soul would be disgarded to some abyss. I would never be able to live with myself if I did that." Answered Issei, with a grim smile and shameful eyes as he had at one point wanted to do that, consekevnse be damned." I see, so once this plan of yours is done, you truely die?" Asked Great Red, though Issei just shock his head.
