Mason's POV:
My pleads for help are heard. The first responder rips her away from me. Starting CPR I see her visible fragile and limp body. Her once tan skin was now pale weight. Her lips were dry and chapped. The sight in front of me broke me. She did this, The evil cruel, cold-hearted bitch did this.

They put her on a stretcher and took her on a helicopter due to the rapid blood loss from her leg and stomach. Never did I imagine something like this would happen. I turn over my left shoulder and see Chloe smiling. I walk over to her as she's being placed in cuffs, not one single scratch on her

"Masey, baby, help me out, would you? Tell them to release me from these cuffs" she pouts making me laugh hysterically. "No. Why would I do that after what you did to her." she grows confused and astonished, not believing a word I said. I walk over to her, officers holding her on the ground, as she refuses to stand up.

"What do you mean- I had to do it. So we could be happy-" I cut her off. "Enough with the bullshit of getting rid of her. I will never her love you, as a matter of fact, I hate you. Thanks to you I lost her for two years. Thanks to you, I couldn't have to proper bond with my soon. Thanks to you, right now, she's fighting for her life."

I grab her chin, her tearful face now looking back at me, "I hope you rot in hell. You're nothing but a disgraceful and evil thing. I'll make sure you don't appear ever again in our lives." Something inside her clicks, as she frantically looks around. "What? Did you really think doing all of this would do something?".

"Let's make it clear. These officers are going to take you away, and you'll face a pretty good amount of years where you belong. Have a nice life" I walk away, she screams letting to let her go, that they don't know who she messing with, but my only focus is Ella, and the critical condition she's facing.

The helicopter getting ready to depart is gearing up, and let me inside. There they put different medications, her once deep wound now being controlled due to the blood loss. "She losing too much blood! We need to get someone to donate. Or else she's at risk." the paramedic says.

I grab her delicate and soft hand, in my head pleading for her to fight and not leave. She is strong, I know she is. But this is all scaring me. What am I going to do, part of me feels like this is all my fault. The trip was quicker than expected, they rush her inside, all doctors and nurses screaming different medical terms. I just stand there, running my hands through my hair, now crying.

I desperately and impatiently wait in the room where families are, but more secluded. The media will find out soon, but my team is taking care of it. Her parents appear, so do Kai and Sophia, with Luka, even my family, which I haven't told about the whole situation.

Luka sleeps on my chest with a teddy bear. His hair was all messy making me laugh, just like me. Ella's mother appears sitting next to me, "We're all scared, but you being here means the world to me. I want you to know I don't hold any grudges against you for what happened. When she told me I was in disbelief but I supported her. Me and my husband are glad you're back in her life. Mason if you don't know it, you're so strong okay?" she hugs me crying into my chest. I tear up as well.

"Luka is so lucky to have you as his father. We will be right back, we're going to get changed to more comfortable clothing." I nod. "Thank you for your kind words, they reassured me. You're such an amazing and talented mother." she puts a hand on her chest before thanking her and walking away.

Luka wakes up before falling back asleep, this time he places his head on the crook of my neck, his little breathing showing he's exhausted just like me. Kai and Sophia sleep against each other, they're worried. Sophia earlier went down to the station to give a statement, which helped a lot on how the open cased. I promised to go down after gets better.
