"Man, Leona is really running me rugged" 

"How can you be so careless? Come here"

"EH?!?! It's fine don't worry about it, it's just a scrape!"

"It's gonna get infected dumbass, just come on"

How did Ruggie even manage to get such a big scrape? God, I swear Leona is way too lazy, he needs to stop making Ruggie do everything for him.

"Does it hurt?"

"Not really-OW"

Oops

"So it doesn't hurt?"

"Why you.."

"Hmph, just wait here for a second I'll get some stuff for you"

I'm glad me and Ruggies' dorms are close to each other. I can just get the stuff I need from my dorm and just get back quickly. Curse that Leona, what did he make Ruggie do that made him get such a big scrape ?!?

Okay, not that I have the stuff I need I can head back.

"Yo~"

Well, he sure looks like a rock just staring at me.

"Why are you looking at me like that, all I did was say hi"

"Y'know what never mind"

Whatever time to patch up the scrape.

"Let me know if it hurts, alright?"

"Yeah yeah"

What a brat. I can hear the eye roll through his words.

He has a lot of scars, wow. I get why he was so uncomfortable now. I'll just pretend I didn't see them, I don't want him to feel unsafe near me. I want him to feel the same things he makes me feel whenever he talks to me. I'll try to get this done quickly.

Time to put the ointment on. I hope I don't make it hurt more. 

"..!"

Oops, I guess I didn't do it gently enough. 

"It's almost done, stop squirming."

Heh he sure looks pissed. Well, he can't complain I mean I don't have to patch up his scrape. Actually, I take that back I mean a friend would do this out of the goodness of their heart, right? 

Finally, time to put the bandaid on anndddd done!

"There, it's done be more careful next time"

He stared at it for a few seconds before saying "Thanks, Huli"

"Mhm, now drink some water you look like you just came back from the desert."

"Wow, how nice of you."

"I know right I'm the nicest person in the world" I said as I flashed a quick grin.

Soon the conversation died down. I appreciate moments like this, where we can just find comfort in each other's presence, no words needed to know that we're there. Maybe making friends isn't too bad.

The first time we met was weird, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Who knows, maybe if we met some other way we wouldn't be the way we are now.  

Heh, I remember Leona was skipping class, and he made me come along. I'm not quite sure why though all he did was tell me to make sure no one stepped on his tail. 

After almost an hour, Ruggie came along. Man, I would've paid to see his face again when he started lecturing Leona but then saw he dragged another person to skip with him. He looked so violated, gosh.

I was scared out of my mind. I always stayed out of trouble and well I didn't want anything to change about that. I wanted it to stay for eternity

But I wouldn't mind abandoning my eternity for him.

*DING*

"Hm?"

"Ah sorry, my bad, Leona needs me for something."

"No worries, I'll probably just study for exams some more."

We both walked out of the dorm together. Wish I could've spent some more time with him, but oh well.

"See ya"

"See ya later, Huli!"

I'll never not miss that stupid grin of his.

Sometimes I just can't get him out of my mind.

 Ruggie stop doing things to my poor heart would ya?

"Hey, Huli! Hurry up, we need to meet up with Cater! We have to get to the cafe before the line gets long!!"

"Ah geez, just wait a second!" said a certain fox.

And if you looked closely you could see a small package of bandages sticking up from his bag.
