Betty Grimes was not a saint. That was for damn sure.
Of course, the daughter of the town's sheriff's deputy, the rebellious child. Yeah, her father definitely had to get her out of trouble most of the time. Sneaking off with boys, smoking weed, drinking. You name it. The only thing she didn't do was murder anyone. Yeah, she claimed the world would go to shit once or twice in her lifetime but it was the teenager thing to do. Life was falling apart in her hands. Her parents' marriage was failing, she struggled to keep good grades, it was normal for her to think the world was ending.
