the time when you got me flowers, the time when we stayed up till dawn to see the sun rise together, the smile of your face when I got you your favorite chocolate bar, how you would listen to me and comfort me whenever I went through tough times, the time we both got ice cream and tripped together sending the ice cream cone flying meters away and how we laughed our hearts out after that, how you splashed water on me from the puddle when it rained and we played like little children in the rain
memories are the only thing I have from which I can remember you.
You said you would never leave me. You said that you will always stay with me.
But you did leave me after all.
You used to cook amazing. We ate together in a bright lit room with you in front of me and me in front of you. We talked, made fun of each other and laughed.
