It 6:58 and my parents parents will be here in any minute. I was just walking down stairs when the elevator opened. My parents stepped out.

"Guys there here" I called. They came down the stairs. "So what ones are your mates?" My mom asks. "There all my mates." I say.

"That's my girl. No wonder you got prom queen in high school." My dad Jonny said. "Dad I never told them any of that." I say.

"Jonny don't forget she was also homecoming queen." My other dad Ben said. "Yes then she was captain of the cheerleading squad." My third dad Reed said.

"Boys don't forget are daughter was also on the captain debate team." My mom said. "Seriously guys I haven't told them any of this." I say.

"Well then what have you told them?" My parents ask. "I've tould them how I'm all of you're daughter and how your all mates. That's it tho." I say.

"Well come on Chloé I told your fathers every thing about myself when we met." My mother said. "Fine mom I'll tell them." I say "there we go." She said.

I turn and face my mates. "Yes like you've heard I was homecoming and prom queen and the captain of debate team and cheerleading squad.

But I also won the science fair six years in a row. I went to Harvard and have three PhDs. One in science one in law and one in medical science.

You already know I have a YouTube channel. I was in a band for three years after college. But now I'm just solo playing local bars and clubs." I tell them.

"Now there we go." My mom says. They stare at me shocked for a minute. Peter is the first one to snap out of it. "You are so cool Chloé." He said.

I kiss him and smile. "Now come on people dinners getting cold." I say. We head in to the dining room for dinner. We sit around the table talking.

My parents tell stories about when I was little. "Remember when she was eight and she got her fire power she almost blew up the Baxter building." My dad Jonny said.

"Yeah then the time she got her Invisibility power we couldn't find her for a week." My mother said.

"Then when she got her straight she threw Jonny through a wall." My father Ben said.

It kept going on like that for awhile. Them telling stories about when I was little and about when I got my powers. It was cute but embarrassing.

Towards the end of dinner I was asked to sing a song. So I started the music for we don't have to dance by Andy Black.

Record scratch; Steve Miller Band
Tattooed necks and tattooed hands
Oh, how don't you drown in a rain storm?
Fresh regrets, vodka sweats
The sun is down and we're bound to get
Exhausted and so far from the shore

You're never gonna get it
I'm a hazard to myself
I'll break it to you easy
This is hell, this is hell
You're looking and whispering
You think I'm someone else
This is hell, yes.
Literal hell.

We don't have to talk
We don't have to dance
We don't have to smile
We don't have to make friends
It's so nice to meet you,
Let's never meet again
We don't have to talk
We don't have to dance
We don't have to dance

Bottles smash, I raise my hand
How can you all even stand it
Why is there joy in this poison, oh
Faking smiles and confidence
Driving miles to capture this excitement
I can't take anymore, oh

You're never gonna get it
I'm a hazard to myself
I'll break it to you easy
This is hell, this is hell
You're looking and whispering
You think I'm someone else
This is hell, yes.
I am in hell.

We don't have to talk
We don't have to dance
We don't have to smile
We don't have to make friends
It's so nice to meet you,
Let's never meet again
We don't have to talk
We don't have to dance
We don't have to dance

Yeah yeah, yeah yeah

You're never gonna get it
I'm a hazard to myself
I'll break it to you easy
This is hell, this is hell
You're looking and whispering
You think I'm someone else
This is hell, yes.
Literal hell.

We don't have to talk
We don't have to dance
We don't have to smile
We don't have to make friends
It's so nice to meet you,
Let's never meet again
We don't have to talk
We don't have to dance
We don't have to dance
We don't have to talk
We don't have to talk
We don't have to dance
We don't have to talk, talk, talk
We don't have to dance
We don't have to talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk

I sung. "That's my girl you still got it." Mom said. "Huny she never lost it." My dad Reed said. "Now chloe do the one you used to sing when you were thirteenth." My dad Jonny said. I played the music for decode by Paramore

How can I decide what's right?
When you're clouding up my mind
I can't win your losing fight
All the time

Nor could I ever own what's mine
When you're always taking sides
But you won't take away my pride
No, not this time
Not this time

How did we get here
When I used to know you so well?
How did we get here?
Well, I think I know

The truth is hiding in your eyes
And it's hanging on your tongue
Just boiling in my blood
But you think that I can't see

What kind of man that you are
If you're a man at all
Well, I will figure this one out
On my own (I'm screaming, I love you so)
On my own (but my thoughts you can't decode)

How did we get here?
When I used to know you so well?
Yeah, hw did we get here?
Well, I think I know

Do you see what we've done?
We're gonna make such fools of ourselves
Do you see what we've done?
We're gonna make such fools of ourselves

Yeah, yeah

How did we get here
When I used to know you so well? Yeah
How did we get here
When I used to know you so well?

I think I know, I think I know
There is something I see in you
It might kill me, I want it to be true

"That's the one." My dad Jonny said. After that we talked some more. Then they left and I went to bed cuddled between Steve and Bucky.
