Some info that I forgot to mention in previous chapters, Toga always wore a mask & hood when she stole, so people only ever saw her eyes. And, the ball is a masquerade party, though the people trying to impress Uraraka aren't wearing masks (100% logic)

Anyway, enjoy!

Toga's POV

I rolled my eyes, and was about to keep looking around when I realized that it had gotten weirdly quiet and I followed everyone's gaze to the top of the staircase.

My eyes widened when I realized that it was the same person I'd seen earlier in the forest. I heard whispering and listened close, my eyes widening even more when I realized that the girl was the princess. She made her way down the stairs and I couldn't help but stare.

Urarakas POV

I could feel everyone's eyes on me and it was terrifying. I took a deep breath, trying to calm my nerves. My shoes hit the marble floor, startling me into almost falling over. Catching myself, I placed the fake, picture perfect smile back on my face.

(7o'clock pm)

3rd person POV

The music was your typical ballroom dancing music, slow and peaceful, though barely anyone was dancing. At exactly 7o'clock pm, the Queen appeared on the balcony and silence spread across the room. "At this time, let the dancing begin," she smiled, then disappeared back the way she'd come.

Urarakas POV

I sighed, the dancing was my least favorite part. Not because I wasn't good at dancing, but because...

"Would you care to dance with me?" Came the voice of a tall, smiling, green haired man.

That part. The part where I danced with a stranger I'd never met before, and would probably never see again.

I nodded, knowing it would be rude to turn him away, "I'd love to."

His hands were surprisingly soft, not sweaty like they typically were when they danced with royalty. As we danced, he made small talk with me, and soon, I was laughing, enjoying his company. He spun me again, then as the song ended, he excused himself, walking towards another woman. I shrugged, to each his own, I guess.

I made my way towards one of the doors that led out to the gardens. Guests were welcome to roam around the lower stories of the castle, including the gardens, but most people didn't, so I was mostly alone. I sat on a bench, looking at the stars, finding constellations.

Suddenly, I was aware of someone's presence next to me and I jumped. "I'm so sorry," came a sweet, femine voice, "I didn't mean to startle you."

I turned, and my breath caught. Though she wore a mask, she looked like someone from a dream you didn't want to wake up from. Her golden eyes shimmered, her red dress pooling at her feet, and blonde hair was pulled into tight buns. I blushed, "It's fine, I just didn't expect anyone else to be out here."

She laughed, a wonderful sound that could make anyone drop to their knees and beg to hear it again, "yeah, normally I wouldn't wander, but I couldn't help but explore, these gardens are amazing, as is to be expected," I looked at her confused and she elaborated, "I mean, this is the castle that houses the royal family, so of course it's going to be quite a sight."

I nodded, "I guess when you've lived here your whole life, it doesn't seem as magical, but the gardens are always where I go when I need a break, from everything."

Her eyes widened, "you're..." she paused, "the princess..."

I beamed, "yep, princess Ochako Uraraka, though you can call me Ochako."

"Nice to meet you Ochako," she grinned, "I'm Himiko Toga, but you can call me Himiko."
