Hera's pov ~~~~

When we got back to camp, Kane was giving a speech about how this is our chance for the grounders and sky people to work together against the mountain men to get our people back again.

Some people disagreed with him but he was right, we only had one shit at this and we couldn't miss it.

Suddenly a grounder walked up got all up in Murphys face. They started to speak a different language and of course Murphy opened his big mouth with anger.

"I don't speak grounder" he spat.

"Murphy! Stop it!" I said.

The grounder didn't take the comment very well and Murphy got more annoyed.

"Murphy say you're sorry" Kane told him.

"What? No way" Murphy spat.

"John!" I yelled.

"I hope you burn like Finn" the grounder replied.

Now that hurt. Finn was my best friend. I find myself walking up to the grounder and I swung a punch at him out of anger.

Then everyone else started fighting one another.

"Come one break it up!" Kane yelled.

"Enough! Stop it!" Octavia added in.

The two somehow managed to stop the brawl between all of us and Kane sent me and Murphy to go mop floors. He also said he'd give us two days to say sorry. The grounder was the one who started this whole thing.

"This sucks" I spat.

"You did the right thing though. Defending for Finn" Murphy told me.

"I know he was your best friend" he added on.

"I wonder how Bellamy and Lincoln are doing? You know with the whole reaper thing" I said.

"They're gonna be okay. Don't worry Hera, we'll get our people back" Murphy reassured me.

As we both cleaned the floors of the ark Jaha walked in asking Murphy if he could take him to his son grave.

"You coming?" Murphy asked me.

"No it's okay, I'll stay here" I replied.

"Don't do anything dumb" he said.

I watched as both Murphy and Jaha left and I stopped mopping. I went off to find Octavia. I found her standing in front of Indra at the camp gates.

She was asking her something, I moved closer to her to see what she was doing.

"I wanna train with you" Octavia told her.

"I already told you my answer is no" Indra then walked off.

"What are you doing O?" I asked her.

"Nothing, forget it" she replied.

We both then walked over to Kane who was working with the Camp Guards on the firing range. I looked over the other direction to notice the grounder from before their name was Penn and a few other Grounders were watching is.

"We can teach you" Kane offered them.

"We don't need your weapons" Indra spat at him.

"Hey he was just trying to be nice" I told her.

"Hera. Grounders are scared of guns because of the legend that Mount Weather will wipe out their entire village if a Grounder ever touches one" Octavia then explained.

"Sorry" I replied with my head down.

Indra then commanded her warriors to get ready to hunt because the we don't have any food in camp. As they were about to leave Octavia went and stood in Indra's way.

"Octavia!" I yelled.

"Make you move" she said.

Indra called over Fio, one of her warriors to give Octavia the fight she was looking for.

Fio defeated Octavia easily but she continued to stand up again and again until Indra called it off.

Both Kane and I ran over and helped Octavia to stand up.

"What we're you trying to prove?" Kane asked her.

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" Octavia said.

Indra just laughed at her.

"Hey! Knock it off!" I yelled.

"Excuse me?" Indra turned around.

"You heard me Indra. Back off!" I spat.

"It's okay I'm fine" Octavia told me.

"Fio" Indra said pointing at me.

"What? Can't fight your own battles?" I snapped at her.

One of her little grounder followers came running at me. I dodged their punch and swung my leg under their feet, knocking them over.

I watched as Fio get back up ready to fight. With every punch he made I managed to dodge it. I put him on his ass yet again and then Indra interrupted.

"Enough!" She yelled.

I went with Octavia to help her get some medical attention.

"You fight like a child" Indra walked in and said.

"Excuse me?" O replied.

"I'll be willing to train you, and as for you Hera. You may be my second" Indra responded.

"Where did you learn to fight like that?" She asked me.

"I don't have to tell you anything" I told her.

"Be my second, I can train you to be better" Indra insisted.

"I'll think about it" I added on.
