A/N: Tim Bradford is hot, UC or not tbh. Also, this is like a backtrack through the episode. YouTube loves to mess with me and releases good clips later and later.

#Day 2

She had laughed into her sleeve as he went through the briefing, the costume change, and the character adjustment. Ever a man of principle, he remained disgusted with the implication of the general proceedings. But these circumstances were more than exigent. They were a total glitch-in-the-matrix that gave them a clean break to go farther in a shorter amount of time.

Dim was an arrogant, greased-up low-life whose name reflected his mental acuity. But Tim-in spite of himself-was a clever UC. Maybe his movements were too sharp, maybe his speech was too short in his efforts to mimic Dim's careless syntax.
But his honed skills kept him from becoming gruesome street art.

Being on the protection detail was a different environment for her. The anticipation that something would go wrong terrified her. Not to mention, this was Tim's life in the balance. He might value it for less than it was worth, but that didn't mean that he deserved to die.

After he was back in police territory, Lucy could safely and appropriately admit that he made a hot UC. Apparently, people doing a kick-ass job of pretending to be someone they're not was a major turn-on for her. There was an allure in knowing who was really under all the hair-gel bad tattoos, and sloppy posture. To clarify, she was not attracted to Dim purely because of the uncanny physical resemblance. The character meant so much more to her. But it was safe to say that if Tim and Dim were the same in all aspects, she'd find herself in a troubling situation.

That was beside the point though.

She wouldn't readily admit that she had feelings for Tim, even to herself. But she'd willingly make a mental comment on when he did something that upped the level of "hot" he was operating at. Sane logic indeed.

Considering the feelings she wouldn't concede to, it was like a sick joke when her look-alike turned up as Dim's girlfriend. Which, for this little op they were running, meant that she was Tim's girlfriend. But she wasn't Tim's girlfriend at the same time. She wasn't even Lucy. She was Jucy, and Jucy was Dim's girlfriend. Jucy got to kiss Dim anytime she wanted. She got to look at him like he was the only person in the world.

She almost slapped herself for being jealous of the girlfriend of a drug runner.
Almost.
