Next day Shaurya woke up to being nestled in a pair of arms. Anokhi was startled with his movement and immediately woke up and started showering him kisses.

Shaurya- Wifey! Complain nhi kar rha but tum yahan?

Anokhi- Kal kuch hua tha. Sunke hi wapis aa gyi.

Shaurya- Maine kahan tha sabse ki tum kuch kehne ki zaroorat nhi. Bas kal gussa aa gya tha.

Anokhi- Kyunki maine kuch kahan? Shaurya! Mein tunhare sath khush hoon bohot toh kis baat ka gussa.

Shaurya- Ki tumhe humare family ke complications ko bardash karna pada.

Anokhi- Most families complicated hi hoti hai. Meri bhi thi. So it's fine. Tum iss baat ko leke guilty ho kya?

Shaurya- But why? Why should you have to take it?

Anokhi- Coz I love you. And it's ok. As long as you want and try to be better and I do the same this thing that we have, it works.

Shaurya- Pakka?

Anokhi- Yes.

Shaurya- Waise ghar pe kya kahan?

Anokhi- Ki Shaurya ki tabiyat thodi kharab hai isliye mujhe jana padega.

Shaurya- Hmm. And tumhara trip kharab ho gya sorry. Tumhe chodke aa jaunga Kapurthala thodi der baad.

Anokhi- Nhi! Uski zaroorat nhi. I am staying back. Ek family ko jod lia jaye pehle. Fir dusre family ko dekhte hai.

Shaurya- Hmm. Ek surprise taiyar kar rha tha for u jaan. Par tum toh wapas aa gyi.

Anokhi- Karo surprise taiyar. Kisine roka thodi hai.

Shaurya- Hmm. Achaa theekh hai. Waise wapas aane bhi dikat toh nhi hui.

Anokhi- Nhi. Achaa chalo freshen up ho jati hoon fir tum chale jana freshen up hone aur breakfast ready ho jayega tab tak.

Shaurya- Breakfast bahar kare?

Anokhi- Kal ki baaton ko lekar kab tak dukhi rahoge? Haan. Ho gya naa ab.

Shaurya- Hmm. Ho toh gya. Par.... You know what I mean. Itna easy nhi hai. Jab koi jhagda hota hai apno ke sath koshish rehti hai jaldi se gale lag jaye but usme apna aur hum dono ka bhi kuch kho dete hai. Woh hak kho dete hai narazgi ka. Aur ek bina maa ke bade hone wale bache ko yeh hak nhi hota hai. Ki woh naraaz ho, dukhi ho. Usse manane kaun aata hai. Chahe woh kitna bhi mooh bana le kone mein baithkar yaa chahe kitna bhi ro le akele mein yaa gussa kare, yaa kuch bhi kar le. Woh andar hi andar intezar karta hai ki koi toh jiske paas waqt ho usse gussa karna ka. Aur woh waqt tumhare paas tha. And isliye tumhari taraf khichta chala gya.

Anokhi- Shaurya! Samjhti hoon. But ab cheeze alag hai. Tumhari family ka nhi pata. But apna bata sakti hoon. Jo mein yeh pyaar karti hoon isliye nhi karti kyunki tum puri duniya mein iklaute insaan ho yaa I think tumhare sath kuch galat hua hai because I always wanted to figure you out. You may have drawn me in with your anger but it's your hotness, your sweetness, your smartness, you that kept me in it.

Shaurya- Hmm. Oh God wifey! This feels like the best morning. You always seem to top your own record of what a morning should be like.

Anokhi- Hmm. Ab chale. To have a good morning. And thodasa aaram se table pe. Maine bola tha grudge kp hold karke mat rakho. Tumhe hi takleef hogi.

Shaurya- Yes.

They walk to the breakfast table and have a quiet breakfast.

Tej- Anokhi puttar breakfast par aane ki kya zaroorat thi. Kal raat ko shayd late ho gya tha naa. Toh ab jaake rest karlo.

Anokhi- Hmm breakfast karke chalti hoon.

Tej- Anokhi puttar dekh maaf karde. Hume seekhne mein toh time lagega naa.

Anokhi- Pata hai but seekhna hai yeh bhi aapko Shaurya ne sikhaya hai. Khair. I am used to this. To surviving on bare minimum of relationships. And honestly I haven't been in a better place. Atleast I have this continuous companionship here. Of Shaurya.

Shaurya- Yup you do. And wifey mujhe aisa lag rha hai we should do something fun today. You know what ek ad aaya tha of couple baking classes aaj evening mein, jiske baad wahi pe wine and dinner hoga. You wanna come? We can stay raat ko in the hotel and come back. It's not a honeymoon. Please say yes!!!

Anokhi- Achaa chalte hai.

She passes him a warm smile and has the toast that was about to enter into his mouth with a goofey smile and he cracks up looking at all the warm butter that left marks on her cheek and he wipes it off. She pours him coffee and pours chai for herself. He adds a little bit of sugar into her chai knowing from the past few days she prefers a slightly sweeter chai. But there is no such love as that for hot chocolate on her planet. A kid who hasn't grown up!
