One For All (ワン・フォー・オール, Wan Fō Ōru): Transferred to him from Toshinori Yagi, Izuku's Quirk allows him to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing him to significantly enhance all of his physical abilities to a superhuman level. This results in unbelievable levels of strength, speed, stamina, agility, and durability.

Izuku can focus the stockpiled power into a single body part, or spread it across his entire body evenly, though, focusing the power in a single part puts a greater strain on that part of his body. He is also able to control what percentage of his full power that he uses. He is currently able to handle 50% of his full power without breaking his bones, with 40% being his normal output. When Izuku activates One For All, red, vein-like lines course throughout the empowered part of his body.

The Quirk factors of the previous power holders have merged with the core of One For All and have drastically increased in strength since. This grants Izuku the ability to access and utilize the Quirks of the previous holders of One For All. He can even use more than one of these assimilated Quirks at a time, granting him even more options in battle. The known Quirks within One For All are:

Unknown Quirk: The Quirk of the second user. The name and abilities of this Quirk have not yet been revealed, but it has been described as a particularly unique power that cannot be wielded the usual way. It has also been designated as a last resort.

Fa Jin (発はっ勁けい, Hakkei): The Quirk of the third user. This Quirk allows Izuku to build up and store kinetic energy as he moves. He can later release this stored energy as an explosive burst of speed and power.

Danger Sense (危き機き感かん知ち, Kiki kanchi): The Quirk of the fourth user, Hikage Shinomori. This Quirk allows Izuku to detect threats in the surrounding area. Due to the amplification of One For All, the detection causes a stabbing sensation in his head and it takes a toll on his body.

Blackwhip (黒鞭クロムチ, Kuro Muchi): The Quirk of the fifth user, Daigaro Banjo. This Quirk allows Izuku to generate tendrils of black energy from his body that are good for grappling. It is useful for grabbing things from long distances, as well as increasing Izuku's mobility.

Smokescreen (煙えん幕まく, Enmaku): The Quirk of the sixth user, En. This Quirk allows Izuku to generate a thick cloud of smoke. This smoke can cover a very wide area and obscure peoples' vision.

Float (浮ふ遊ゆう, Fuyū): The Quirk of the seventh user, Nana Shimura. This Quirk allows Izuku to suspend himself in mid-air.

Autonomous Ultra Instinct (身勝手みがっての極意ごくい, Migatte no Goku'i, lit. "The Secret of the Self-centered") is a very rare and highly advanced mental state. It is notorious among the gods for being exceptionally difficult to master, even for them.

Ki is also known as "latent energy" or "fighting power," which directly translates as "life force." This force is a tangible energy inside every living being, with its major focus being in the center of the body. By drawing it out, an individual is able to manipulate it and use it outside the body. Ki can be used for many different Techniques. Because there are physical limits to the strength of the body itself, it is necessary to increase one's ki to overcome this barrier and become stronger. Usually, the more concentrated the masses are, the more time the user requires to draw it out by Powering Up. When fighters gather ki, they are able to gain enhanced strength, speed, endurance, and can increase the power of their attacks to inflict greater damage to opponents. Normally, the more the ki is increased, the harder it is to control, so ki control is also important. Energy can be lost when the user sustains injuries. Maintaining proper balance between the body and spirit is important in utilizing energy, and the more properly balanced they are, the more energy you can project.

Auras of ki radiate from the user when increasing the concentration of it inside their body. Warriors have a limit to the ki that their bodies can withstand, but the capacity for ki can be increased through mental and physical training. Some techniques (such as the Kaio-Ken) rapidly increase the concentration of ki in the body, enabling the user to fight at a strength level that far exceeds their regular limits for a limited period of time. Auras can displace solid matter.

Divine-Ki is the same as Regular Ki, just much more Powerful and Divine

Spirit Control (スピリットのコントロール, Supiritto no Kontorōru) is an advanced Ki manipulation technique known primarily to the Yardrat race.

Spirit Control allows its user to achieve a multitude of potent abilities through their ki, including Instant Transmission (a basic ability), Cloning, Gigantification (a more medium based ability), Healing (an advanced ability) and Forced Spirit Fission (an extremely advanced ability). These abilities achieved through Spirit Control are used by shifting, splitting and growing the user's spirit. Achieving good Spirit Control allows the user to sense ki from a much greater distance and utilize their energy to attack much more efficiently, though at first this newfound ability to use their ki properly causes the power to be somewhat uncontrollable; this was demonstrated by Vegeta, who tried to use a simple finger beam but ended up firing off a powerful energy wave.

Forms/Transformations:

Ultra Instinct Omen (身勝手みがっての極意ごくい”兆きざし”, Migatte no Goku'i "Kizashi", lit. "The Secret of the Self-centered 'Omen'"), also referred to as just Ultra Instinct, is a powerful yet incomplete transformation used by Izuku.

(Without Aura, still has a thin Aura, Eyes go from Green to Silver, the Green Parts of his Hair also goes Silver-ish and his Hair spikes up slightly)
