Y/N POV
Me and Clem just had to jump into a river to avoid strangers who caught Carley and Christa. I hope they're alight and I hope we find the soon. I wash up on the shore.
Y/N: Uhhhh!
I look around and don't see anybody.
Y/N: Clem?! Mom?! Christa?!
I get up and start to walk along the shoreline to look for them. I start to get worried. I just confessed to Clem and I can't lose her now and I need her and mom to keep going.
Y/N: Guys?!
I walk for a few minutes and notice Clem half in the water and unconscious.
Y/N: CLEM!
I run up to her and drag her out of the water and turn her over to see her beautiful pale face.
Y/N: You're gonna be okay Clem I promise.
I check to see if she has a pulse and she does.
Y/N: Thank god!
I then do what Carley showed me and start performing CPR on Clem and after a few seconds she wakes up and coughs up water.
Y/N: Clem!
Clem: Y/N?
Y/N: I'm here honey.
Clem: What happened?
Y/N: After we jumped we must've passed out. I just woke up.
Clem: Ahhh!
Y/N: What is it?
Clem: Hurts.
Y/N: I know Clem but we have to get up and look for mom and Christa.
Clem: I'm so dizzy.
Y/N: Can you walk?
Clem: I think so.
I help Clem stand up.
Clem: Here's your sweater.
Y/N: Thanks.
I rinse it the best I can and I get it so it's a little damp so I tie it around my waist.
We walk up to a sign that says.

I hold Clem closer as we make our way to a broken staircase. I easily climb it, being 5'4 at 13 has it's uses.
Y/N: Come on shorty.
Clem: When I get up there I'm gonna smack you.
Y/N: Well in order for that to happen you need my help getting up.
Clem: Just help me up you dork.
Y/N: Fine since I love you.
Clem: Sure seems like it.
I pull Clem up and expect a slap but instead Clem pulls me into a hug and kisses me on the lips.
Clem: I'm glad you're okay.
Y/N: I'm glad you're okay to my precious fruit.
We then walk through a trail in the woods and I hold Clem close.
Y/N: I've been thinking and about last night?
Clem: What about it?
Y/N: Well we confessed our feelings to one another and we kissed so. Wouldn't that make us boyfriend and girlfriend?
Clem: I think so.
Y/N: I'm glad to have you as my girlfriend Clem.
Clem: I'm glad to have you as my boyfriend Y/N.
I smile then kiss her forehead.
We continue walking, eventually hearing the bushes rustle, discovering a dog. it growls at us.
Y/N: Easy boy!
Clem: (checks collar) "Sam". Well, nice to meet you, Sam.
Sam walks a short distance away and sniffs the ground.
Clem: What's he doing?
Y/N: Dog stuff.
Sam barks and runs off.
Clem: Sam. Sam!
Y/N: Where are you going? Wait up!
Clem and I follow Sam to a campsite.
Campsite
Clem: Hello?! Looks pretty run over, but you never know. Let's look around for some food.
Y/N: Alright but stay close to me.
Clem: Okay.
Y/N: Ah fuck me! Goddammit!
Clem: What?
Y/N: I forgot Chuck's guitar at the camp site.
Clem walks up to me and caresses my cheek.
Clem: Don't worry you can still sing for me.
Y/N: I guess.
Clem: Don't worry Teddy bear. We'll find another one.
Clem goes to a van and I walk over and see a walker tied to a tree.
Y/N: Poor bastard.
I stab him in the head.
Clem: Y/N!
I run over.
Y/N: Are you okay?
Clem: Yeah look what I found!
Clem shows me a can of beans non spoiled.
Y/N: Good find Clem!
Clem: Thanks Teddy bear. Now i need a knife to open it with.
Y/N: Here.
I hand her my knife.
Clem: Okay let's eat.
Me and Clem sit on a log and Clem and start to eat. She takes a bite then i take one then Sam walks up to us and starts to whine.
Clem: I guess you're pretty hungry too.
Clem holds out some of the food.
Clem: Here ya go.
Sam lunges at her hand and she drops the can. He tries to eat the beans from the can.
Clem: Hey, don't eat it all.
Clem picks up the can.
Sam jumps up and bites Clem's arm, dragging her to the ground. I then pick my knife off the ground and stab it in the neck.
Y/N: CLEM!
I run over to her and she's holding her arm and starts crying.
Y/N: Honey, I need to see how bad it is.
Clem rolls down her sleeve and whimpers in pain.
Y/N: That could get infected. We need to get you something for it.
Clem then rolls down her sleeve and buries her head into my chest and sobs.
Y/N: I know honey bun, I know.
Clem: [crying] It hurts so much!
I kiss her forehead.
Y/N: Lemme carry you.
I pick her up bridal style and I carry her through the woods.
Y/N: I'm sorry Clem. I could've been faster.
Clem: [crying] Don't blame yourself. It's not your fault.
Y/N: I wish it bit me instead of you.
Clem: [crying] Don't say that.
Y/N: No Clem. I don't want you to get hurt and if I have to to prevent you from then it's worth it.
