The characters of KNY are all reincarnated, even the ones that died before the movie starts as well as the demons.
Those who have descendants reincarnated into their descendants while those that doesn't just reincarnates normally.
The demons are also reincarnated.
They're not demons anymore though, since they became demons because of Muzan and Muzan became a demon because of the Blue Spider Lilies and the Blue Spider Lilies are already extinct(?).
Nobody except Giyuu and Yushiro retained the memories they had of their past life nor the demons.

• A strand of hair the same colour as your soulmate's

• First words to soulmate
• Soulmate's nickname

• Gaining same eye color as your soulmate's
• Being able to only see a certain colour before meeting your soulmate
• Black spot where you first touch your soulmate
• Red string that tie you and your soulmate together
Btw, side note is that if a person doesn't believe in soulmates, they won't be able to see their soulmark.
