Where Jack Frost lives, he is in caved by a rounded dome that makes sure no one that are called 'endangers' can come in and that no one can go out. Jack has only seen one endangered in his lifetime, but he never saw it clearly.
So when Elsa Arrens is the the new girl in town. Jack has suspicion at the girl that has unusual platinum blonde hair and light blue eyes is hiding something that she can't tell to anyone.
But what if one day Jack sees her suddenly make the temperature drop and the warmth in the room is turned into glossy snowflakes?
