Being straight forward, it was confusing. For the two, the blonde still questioned the message through and through while the darker haired one was the pure chaos on the inside. One which came close to a storm.

Yet a storm was one of a kind and it's individuality could be beautiful.

The others sat pretty close in the waiting room. Waiting to discuss the next steps for their new songs. There was excitement inbthe air, followed by anxiety. Somehow the others felt more distant from these two. Meanwhile they weren't that far as they only had his themselves in a corner of the hallway. A bright, but quite spot.

The way it was preferred.

'A calming place.. like her' the windborn boy thought smiling. That small sweet thought seemed like nothing, but in many ways it pulled him to the ground. Away from the pure fear.

Rather it was about the physical distance between the group. The duo had picked a lighter more silent place than the others. As Venti had taken a short call earlier from you. The loyal companion of the dark haired male followed soon after from the boredom that continued to devour him.

There was no words exchanged going forward. Only the silence wearing out.

"Venti.." he mumbled his name softly. A melody rolling of his tongue. "What was that?" he repeated out loud, his voice echoing in the males ears. He didn't reply verbally, only silence. He kept sitting there on the ground, but suddenly he pulled out his phone.

"Gonna give me the silent treatment? hm?" he smiled threatening.

A expression no one wanted to see on his ever again. It had a deja vú with itself. In fact that had happened a couple of times wherethe smile curled in a uncomfortable one, the environment turned icy and the words felt in a way similar to stabbing daggers.

No reply, no reaction still.

Aether sighed feeling the annoyance built up. He kept glancing at him until sometime soon he felt interrupted.

The blond had heard a notification and pulled his phone out on that. He turned it on and observed the lockscreen. A beautiful shooting star rising above the air which was matching with that of his sister. However a small message caught his aattenrion.

Aether, I just fucking embarrassed myself so bad in front of her.

He felt shocked and let himself crouch down on the ground. No matter if the meeting would start anytime soon. This was more important, it was his friend in need. He felt the sympathy grow faster than he'd say their catchphrase. The first thing he aimed for was something thoughtful. As he released a sigh his eyes mirrored a hint of concern.

He started typing an answer into the phone after the lock was opened. The couple of seconds spent on that reply was more than enough.

Dude that sounds awful.

I mean, I hope it wasn't to bad, but still.

venti the lator
I know, it was bad though

aetür
tell me about it 🤸‍♂️

venti the lator

it's a disaster 😀

Venti put his phone away. He started hugging his knees as he let his head sink into it. A frustrated groaning was able to be heard. He felt so stupid- he didn't want that feeling. He knew where that kind of flustering sensation could go to- catching something he'd hate to admit. One that was familiar, but it pained him to have it. To fall for someone as example a just new, but old acquired friend. That situation made him feel like living through a deja vú.
