Francis is a classic antagonist in the series until season 6, if less notable than Vicky or Crocker. He's a 12 year old stereotypical bully who primary terrorize Timmy, Chester and AJ. He's easily provoked into aggression, lacks intelligence and occasionally does criminal activities.
