The horseless headless horseman is a neutral boss that spawns in Team Fortress 2 Halloween maps. He carries around the Necro Smasher instead of his normal weapons.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, intimating roar(Can terrify every mercenary with a single boo), immortality (Types 7 and 8), status effect inducement, fire manipulation
Attack Potency: At least Wall level, possibly Small Building level (Can kill every mercenary and boss in a single swing from his Headtaker)
Speed: Peak Human (Can outrun the Scout)
Lifting Strength: Unknown
Striking Strength: At least Wall Class, possibly Small Building Class(Capable of dealing devastating damage even to the Heavy)
Durability: At least Wall level, possibly Small Building level(Can take bombs, shotgun pellets and even rocket head on and he won't flinch. Can take a hundred or more rockets, can take damage that vaporizer mercenaries)
Stamina: High
Range: Extended melee range with his axe
