Carlos stared down at Airos with a look of pure hatred. His wrists were shackled above his head and he was hanging about a foot above the ground. Sweat glistened on his body and made the pain worse. His back was covered in large cuts that went in every direction. His back was bathed in red and his blood was soaked into his pants. Airos had whipped him very badly.

"Next time, just obey me and this kind of thing won't happen again. Now what do you have to say for yourself?" Airos taunted.

"Screw you!"

The whip cracked again, only instead of it hitting his already bloody body, it hit him in the face. Carlos gritted his teeth and tried not to panic when he lost the sight in his right eye. Opening his left, he saw the dark man walk out, but not before leaving the broken glass-studded whip on the table. Carlos struggled against the chains again, but it was no use. He hung there for a few more moments before he began to feel light-headed and dizzy. Finally, he decided that it wasn't worth fighting for and gave into the tempting darkness that tantalized his senses.
