Bucky once yelled 'Natalia Alianovna Romanova' during a particularly bad day for him, while having a heated argument with Natasha.
The team were deadly silent, as she flinched away and ran to her room. She refused to let anyone in for nearly three days, until Bucky threatened to break the door down. He found her curled in a corner of her room, staring at a pair of handcuffs and her widow bites.
Because for a moment, Bucky wasn't the only one back in the Red Room facing torture.
Needless to say it never happened again, the team never asked and both ex-Soviet Agents had someone they could talk to about what they faced, without judgement or misunderstanding.
