I warped to pink- steven's house I quickly hide hoping no one was home, I looked around not seeing anyone

I walked towards the door and opened it, I quickly stretched to a hiding place behind a rock I looked to see up the hill seeing that steven and another 3 gems was seemed like a peridot, lapis, and a Bismuth they were tying a rope around the injector as they tried to lift it up, I chuckled knowing they won't be able to lift it up without me

I stretched around staying in the shadows as I walked to what seemed houses and stores?, I saw a few gems chatting with some humans and being...friends..

'Why do I suddenly feel hurt?..' I thought as I shaked my head and looked for a place that was related to flowers, I saw one which I quickly walked in seeing an elderly lady, "Oh hello!" she greeted which I just awkwardly waved and looked around

after a while I couldn't find the damn flowers roses or even hibiscus, "need help?" I heard a voice beside me making me flinch

"Uh.." I started off not really knowing what to say, "My name is Rosemary, but you can call me Mary!" the old lady said smiling while looking around, "You must be new huh? I haven't seen you around" she said once more which I just nodded

"what are you looking for?" she asked looking at me with her blue orbs, "Hisbiscus or roses...orchids are okay to.." I mumbled which she nodded, "seeds or full grown?" she asked

"whatever is fine.." I said again, she nodded as she grabbed seeds then full grown (F/F), she put the seeds in the bag and left the f/f out as she gave the bag to me and handed me the flowers, "On the house since your new!" she said smiling, "Thank you.." I said as I left seeing her wave goodbye

I walked back towards the house but I got to a place full of gems which made me feel uncomfortable luckily I saw a warp in the middle which I ran to it and warped back to the garden..

I got there only to see the human on the ground...still.. I sighed as I walked towards her, she really likes to sleep huh? I kneeled down to wake her up, I slightly shaked her awake as she grunted not wanting to wake up

"no...5 more minutes, steven.." I heard her mumbled which I rolled my eyes, "wake up human! ya gotta help me remove the dead flowers on the ground so we can plant the good ones!" I said shaking her a bit more

"huh..Oh crap it wasn't a nightmare.." I heard them mumbled as she sat up which caused me to frown again

They looked at me with a raised brow, "so...where are the flowers and seeds? Wait..how did you pay for them?" They said now with a worried look which I 'tch' at, "Miss Mary gave them to me for free since I was "new"" I said having my fingers do the quotation marks movement

"I see...Miss Mary?" She asked, which I nodded, "that was the old lady's name" I replied, which'd she hummed to

I showed her the bag and gave her the flowers, she stared at the grown flowers for a bit which I raised a brow at, "what? They ain't pretty enough for ya?" I asked sort of pissed

"No, these are actually my favorite flowers...f/f such pretty little things.." She said while softly touching the flowers relaxing me a bit and sighed in relief than I heard a weird sound which came from the human

She looked slightly shocked and awkward, "uh...human what was...that?" I said confused, she sweat dropped she looked like she was hoping I didn't hear that

"oh uh...that was my stomach, sorry" she replied with an awkward laugh, which made me even more confused, "what does it mea- STARS ARE YOU GOING TO EXPLODE?" I said backing up which she looked at me dumbfounded, but soon bursted out laughing, "no, it doesn't mean I'm going to explode it means I'm hungry" She explained which I sighed in relief and walked towards her again

"well..how do you cure it?" I asked, "well it's not really a sickness but to stop feeling hungry humans eat well food, and what I can see there's isn't any" she explained once more and yawned

"well...what do you humans eat?" I asked...again. "well we eat anything that's edible like...pizza, fries, pancakes,..ect" they replied which I hummed in response, "well what do ya wanna eat I can try to get it?" I offered which somewhat catches her off guard, "you'll do that?" She asked confused which I gave her a blank expression back

"nooo...I just said so I can be a dick towards you...DUH" I replied sarcastically which she hummed awkwardly

"well I'm craving donuts...get four, 2 of strawberries and 2 of (f/flavor)!" She said as she put her hand in of her pocket then pulling something out showing green..paper...

"give this to them as soon as they give it to you its called "money" they'll ask for it when they give the donuts to you in a bag" she explained giving it me which I hummed and put the "money" in my gem I looked at her

"I'll be back you can continue resting or..whatever" I said walking towards the warp and warped away..

-Y/n's pov-

I saw her warp away I sighed tiredly and looked at the bag of seeds then at the full-grown flowers, I smiled a bit but then frowned realizing my sudden expression I shaked my head sadly I checked my pockets for my phone earlier hoping I had it so I can probably call Steven but didn't find it probably either dropped it when fighting spinel or I put it down somewhere...

I opened the bag seeing different type of seeds I hummed a bit I looked at the dead flowers which I cracked my knuckles, "welp..better get to work!" I said determined
