—Dark cacao pov—

As I stayed quiet during the walk towards pure vanilla's garden. I felt an elbow jab at me, "Hey, cacao are you feeling alright my friend?" I couldnt help but give hollyberry a look of confusion when I hear her whisper, why was she whispering she usually never whispers unless of course she's gossiping with golden cheese, but with me she's usually very loud seemingly a never ending beam of confidence. "You looked unwell since you greeted pure vanilla, I know that you almost never get sick so what's the trouble?" She asked, I knew I had to answer before she began to persist with her question or just assume things. "I am merely not used to such a change in temperature." I answered though even with that Hollyberry looked at me as if she was trying to conclude whether or not that was a lie, I just looked away I wouldn't deal with her shenanigans this time, though.. I couldn't help but look over to pure vanilla cookie.

—Pure vanilla pov—

I was merely chuckling at one of Golden cheeses funny tales, but I soon noticed Dark cacao looking over at me. I waved at him, I think he didn't expect me to see him though, he was caught off guard by my gesture turning away to the side while hollyberry was just looking at him, I wasn't able to make out what she was saying to him since golden cheese was talking on, still I thought nothing of concern when I noticed we were nearing the garden.

—3rd person pov—

Hollyberry while trying to find out more, pure vanilla announced "It seems we have reached our destination at last" he said as he made his way over and opened the entrance to the garden, it was only later when the other 3 approached inside that they saw the brimming glory of it all. It had countless flowers though it was mostly flowers that had a yellow or white hue, still it looked graceful as pure vanilla made his way to a table under the shade that had a couple of chairs and some food prepared, HollyBerry was very eager to see where this dinner led to and both her and Golden cheese sat besides each other as Hollyberry proceeded to look over to dark cacao that shot a look of a certain level of intensive smug satisfaction as the only chair left available was right next to pure vanilla.

—Dark cacao pov—

As dreaded realization sunk in, I immediately glared at Hollyberry, just what was she thinking? I just hope she doesn't plan anything that has to end with an embarrassing situation to happen.

I shrugged it off as I proceeded to sit next to pure vanilla cookie, but a sense of awkwardly tension could be easily sensed, mostly due to me catching a glimpse of Golden cheese looking at me like she was about to laugh her heart out, after growing a bit pestered. I unexpectedly felt a soft warm touch on my shoulder as I look over to see pure vanilla looking worried as he asked "Are you coming down with a fever? You look red" he said as he felt my head, that's when I realized that I was feeling flustered, it explains why Golden cheese had a more amused glint than usual. I suddenly glanced over at the two as they both were looking like they were about to book it out of the garden.

—Pure vanilla pov—

Already the visit was going smoothly yet earthbread just tends to surprise me with a few unexpected moments that just happens without warning, I proceeded to feel dark cacao's head, I'm trying my best not to turn red right this moment, but the peculiar thing is that I don't feel a fever coming on. Dark cacao is just very cold? I know that he comes from the tundra but I couldn't help but worry if it's something else that could be causing such a reddened face.

"How peculiar... I don't feel a fever" I said as I proceeded felt his pulse at his neck, it was completely normal yet a bit quickened, besides the fact that he was cold. It's a wonder how this cookie kept cool under the sun.

"There's nothing wrong.. but your still red." I said, marveled at the fact that I couldn't figure out what was causing it. "Though it disrupts the afternoons plans, I'm afraid it would be best if you all spent the night here in case of you all start getting similar symptoms as Dark cacao" I concluded as I turned away to walk inside in order to get a few rooms prepared for the three.

I tried to process what just happened, but all my thoughts go back to his soft touch, I couldn't help but proceeded to look at Hollyberry who was more smug than ever I've seen her "Sooo mind telling me when's the wedding" she teased as she winked at me, I can't even face her right now as I looked away guessing that I'm still red in the face. She's wrong if she thinks she can just assume that me and him will get together.. though something tells me that I want him to be with me..
