Physical description: He's a blonde male of average height with brown eyes, he has a bandage across his nose and often has a lollipop in his mouth

Power(s): He can absorb any damage he takes and is able to stockpile it into powerful attacks

Personality: Rantaro was raised to be an honest person by his family, he's enthusiast and very self confident, he encourages others to do their best when it comes to anything, and is fiercely loyal to those he cares about, although he can be insensitive at times, he sees his friends as family and is willing to put his life on the line for them

Background: Rantaro is the middle child and oldest son of Chief of Police Kiyama, he has a huge admiration for his father and for police in general, he has hopes of becoming an officer like his father and older sister, he had graduated from the Hero Commission a year before Valt did, he is the only one in his family with a power and hopes to use it in order to fight for justice alongside the police force
