Whatever you call him he has to many names. I mean I understand you don't want to call him CC but don't want to call him any of his 6 names ether.
He's friends with his nightmares (As people think {or is} the kid in playing against the nightmares). They tried to kill him in his dreams. I personally won't befriend my nightmare.
For some reason he's shadow Freddy....I don't know why.
