Chapter 2- Flashing lights and caviar

7:21 pm

I hop off the cab and arrive at this fancy restaurant. I come in and call Shawn to know where they're sitting. He says they're on the roof. I didn't even notice there was tables on the roof.
I ask a waitress where the stairs are. She gigles and points an elevator behind me. Woah. "Oh...thanks-"
She had left before I even turned around.
Rude.
I take the elevator and arrive on the roof top. It's so cool. I'm spinning in round trying to find our table when I feel a Tap on my shoulder. I turn around to Shawn "Oh! You scared me" "haha. It's so nice to finally meet you Maya" Shawn says smiling "I know" I say nervously "that's not what I meant. I mean I know it's so nice to meet you. To meet you too. Ugh sorry I'm kind of nervous" I say. I'm so embarrassing this is so awkward.

He laughs and does hand motion to follow him. As we're walking to the table he tells me how everyone is so nice and how theres a kid my age. I'm so relieved there's someone my age because it would be kind of intimidating having to work with a bunch of older actors.

we arrive to the table and everyone seems to be here. Its kind of embarassing, being the last one to arrive. The whole cast gets up and say hi. When teyre done greeting me, shawn sits down and they all do. Behind Kevin hart theres a kid, he looks my age. I couldnt see him because the aduts where pretty much hiding him and hes so small. "hi" he says "hi" hes very cute. he has curly blond hair and he has blue eyes. somehow hes far from my type but i still find him very attractive. in a cute way. "Oh Maya this is walker i forgot to introduce you two" Shawn says getting up. "Okay now sit guys i have to talk to the whole cast" He says tilting his head to the table. I look at walker and he can see i dont know where to sit. "Your name tag is right here, next to me." he says pulling my chair so i can sit. "Im maya by the way" i say whispering so i dont get yelled at. "im walker. nice to meet you." he answers with the same voice ton. "woah this restaurant is so fancy" i say looking around "Thats exactly what i said!!" he says "look at Ryan's hair.. dont you just want to touch it" He says. I laugh a little too loud. "we should probably listen to what shawn has to say" walker says in a gigle.

"So the first day of filming is in three weeks, youll have a week to settle in and get familiar with the cast etc. Then well start rehearsing and then filming. Is that okay?" Shawn says evereyone nods yes. "Oh also i forgot to mention, About the hotels, youre rooms arent ready yet but they will be for tomorow morning so youll have to stay in your hotels for tonight" thats sad i liked the hotel ... but im sure this one is waaaay better hehe. Shawn pulls out a piece of paper from his pocket "so the rooms will be individual except for the kids:

room 207: Ryan

room 209:tom

room 211: Jenna

room 212 : alexa

room 215: kevin

room 216: Sadie

room 217, room 218, room 309 and room 311 are for me and the staff

and room 320 is for maya and Walker. "

"hey why is our room far from everyone" walker says "oh sorry kids do you want me to switch rooms? Im sorry there isnt many rooms with 2 beds and that was the closest." shawn says looking at us "No no dont bother its fine shawn thank you" i say smilling "dude its unfair" walker says with a low voice "stop complaigning, we can sneak out and get ice cream later, thats the fun part" I giggle. Walker smiled so hard that Ryan asks "watcha smiling about Walker?" He looks at Ryan in silence then at me. I look at Walker, at Ryan and back at Walker that's still looking at me and we start laughing so hard Shawn had to stop us. Ryan still confused sights and goes "kids these days..." shaking his head. "You sound like an old man" Kevin says. "I agree" I say unsure of my comment. They all laugh, especially Walker. His laugh is so cute

"Maya stop you don't even know him." I tell myself.

9:14 pm

Dinner went great, I ate caviar for the first time and Walker and I kept laughing together. It was so fun. The whole cast is super nice, I got the chance to talk with most of them but especially walker. We got along pretty fast.

Walker and I Are getting out of the restaurant with Shawn, Sadie and Ryan, but Jenna, Tom, Kevin and Alexa are going at Kevin's place so they're all taking a cab. As we walk out, we see a bunch of paparazzi taking pictures. "What's going on" I ask Walker "PAPARAZZI!!!!" Walker goes. He grab my hand and says "come on do like me " I look at him and he's smiling and posing for the pictures and I do the same. We're acting like divas. Sadie turns around and sees us. She does the same. Soon enough, Shawn and Ryan are also doing it. It's hilarious.

Ryan drops me off and I go back to the room
My mom is already asleep and I try to do the Same but I can't stop thinking about Walker scobell and how lucky I am to be working with all these celebrities. I go on my phone and I check my notifications
