Ch 8: The Talk

*third person's POV*

The next morning Evie woke up earlier than usual and went to the gym and exercised. Ito Ang Laging ginagawa niya back in the clan at Hindi na Yun mawawala, as she started warming her body up she remembered the past.

How come I'm alive? Bakit pa nila ako binuhay?? Why do all the memories hurt? Why does my heart still beat for him?

Yan Ang mga tanong ni Evie sa sarili Niya habang nagwawarm up. She then sighed loudly and was about to stretch her legs when she felt a wind coming toward her, she quickly jump three steps backward and saw Damien smiling at her, his fist near her 

"What the hell?!" Evie ask

"What? I thought I could do some warm-up too" he said and looked at Evie

Evie's blood boil, this always happens even though his her so called coach palagi Niya kasing tinitease si Evie at kinakawawa, calling her names and everything and Evie Hates that kind of person kaya palaging kumukulo Ang dugo Niya sa kaniya

"Tsk don't look at me that way, I know the way your mind thinks kitty!" He said and went to the barbel

As the two started warming up Ben and Carl arrived inside the gym and look at the two

"It's a miracle that you two Haven't started killing each other" Carl said

"Yes, back in the clan you two always fight, " Ben said

"Not yet..." Evie said and galre at Damien who just smiled

Evie looks at them with many thoughts in her mind and her first question is

"How the hell did you two survive?" Evie ask

"Ouch, that hurt Ms did you really think that we could be killed that easily? I mean yeah I really thought I was really going to die" Ben said as he start doing push-ups

"Then how? And no scars or broken limbs?" Evie ask again

"I did lose my right leg Ms," Carl said and lifted his pants showing it

Evie looks at him and then at Ben

"Sometimes I'm scared when Ben gets serious" Evie said

Carl nod

"Well, I also lose my hands but I managed to recreate a new one," Ben said

Damien just looks at the three and listens to their conversations

"The chip," Evie said

"Where's the chip, Ben?" Evie asks Ben and Carl look at her

"Miss..." Ben started

"Evie just call me that, now tell me where it is..." she said

Carl and Ben look at each other than to Damien, he sighed and nodded

"The chip...." Ben whispered to her ears

After they exercise the four went inside the mansion and Evie greeted everyone except her mom and Mami Imee. Nagtatampo pa Rin siya dahil sa mga nangyari pero Wala Naman siyang Galit na nararamdaman. Imee and Irene look at their husbands with tearful eyes but they didn't let it get to them.

"Carl, you said something about a mafia, care to explain?" Greggy started

"Sorry Greg but we can't tell," Carl said

"Why though? Our daughter is involved so we need to know the truth behind your visit" Irene said

"Stop, it's none of your business, and stop making it your damn business," Evie said and Irene shut her mouth looking at her daughter
