In the human world:
There was chaos
The most dangerous Red Gate had been closed and no one knew who had closed it
Some staff who were there reported that it was a person in a Kitsune mask with long green hair with black in parts.
All they knew was that and the fact that he finished the dungeon in less than 5 minutes without anyone helping him.
After the Dungeon was completed, it was no longer possible to see it
The whole world was tense
As they didn't know if this being was friend or foe, and expected him to be friend...
With Deku:
He was walking down the street quietly
Deku looked around seeing how different everything was
The world has changed over time
Deku: (Oh, do men now have a Quirk too? Hmmm considering how men are being treated... I think so.)
He thought, seeing how men hung out with women, ate at expensive restaurants, etc.
Deku continued walking and turned into an alley.
But when he turned around, he was stopped by a man and two women.
???: Hey, you brat, how dare you touch me?
Said the tall muscular man
???: Spend all your money here, and who knows, you might get out of here.
Said the woman who was hugging the man
Deku yawned and kept walking, not caring what the man and woman said.
The man got angry and went to Deku
???: How dare you ignore me? I'm an A-Rank villain, dammit.
He said throwing himself to punch Deku
Deku turned around and stopped the man's punch with his finger, leaving both the man and the two women stunned.
???: Which!!! Impossible!
Deku: Impossible is just a word, nothing is impossible.
From his finger, the Infernal Red Flame came out.
Deku: Die.
He touched his finger to the man who started to scream
The man screamed for help from the women and the women started screaming crying at the sight of the man's death
The women tried to run, but Deku moved his hand, making a Wall of Fire that stopped them both from running.
Deku: Hey, where do you think you're going?
He said with a smile that startled both women
???: Please forgive us! He forced us to do this.
She said with her head on the floor asking for mercy
Deku: Tell me everything you know
He sat on the floor next to the woman
So the woman told Deku everything
