you and regie started dating a few months ago and everything was wonderful between you both

you both knew about each other's exes because you once talked about it with him and the conversation went way better than you expected it to go

regie was actually kinda open with you and seemed very interested in learning about you and your past and you thought that was cute

but one thing you didn't tell regie about your past toxic relationship is that your ex, jacob, used to abuse you all the time . he was verbally and physically abusive to you which sucked and it basically tore you apart and caused your insecurities and your bad eating habits

but you got help for your " problems " and you slowly began to get better again, and regie just made it all better for you

its like he was a light for you in the darkness of your life after all this time

you actually felt happy with him .

it was a saturday morning and you had stayed the night with regie last night in the nsb house

" hey y/n theres a party tonight at my friends house, we should go " regie says casually scrolling through his instagram feed as he sat beside you in his bed

" um parties arent really my thing, but you and the rest of the boys can go " you said while still laying down reading your book

" but y/n i want you to come with us- well to come with me to the party " regie said while moving towards your lower stomach and laying his head down on your stomach

" im really sorry baby, but the last time i went to a party i got cheated on " you said, not making eye contact with him

" look y/n, just because jacob did that shit to you doesnt mean IM gonna fuck up and do that shit to you too. i know i dont always show it, but you mean alot to me y/n . i love you baby . " he said looking up at you before he sat up and kissed you on the cheek

" ... i guess ill go then " you said playfully rolling your eyes at him before you smiled at him

" wait actually??? " he said surprised

" yes really " you said laughing at his reaction

" dude- calm down, its not that serious " you said confused about why he was so excited that you were going to the party with him and the boys

" sorry, i just hate that you dont usually come to parties with me so girls automatically flirt with me and it's annoying "  he said getting up to pull his sweat pants up

" well, are they pretty ? " you asked feeling a bit jealous

" eh, compared to you ?? no not really " he said turning on the tv and getting back in the bed with you
