The next morning and the boys and everything that happened last night still in my head I just get out of bed and go to the shower before I'm late for work try to do my day and trying to continue with my day and my life I really wish them the best though and it sucks to not talk to Jack he really did make my days better.
My phone rings and it's one of my brother's facetiming me
"Hey I was wondering where you bitch ass is at? Ty ask laughing
"Good morning Mai Ty where are you that isn't your house?" I say
"Well girly I needed a vacation and decided to come here to our brother's house now please come visit me because I can only tolerate him for so long by myself and my name is Mai Ty lil sis" he says
"Haha Jeff is not that well maybe you're right and why didn't you just come here to my house" I say joking
"Well he has the biggest house and I mean our nieces and nephews begged so I folded and now regret being here by myself so please come" he begs
"Okay Ty I'll be over after work love ya" I say
"Okay girl thank goodness and bring me gossip please" he says
"I do have things to unload so you are perfect to talk to with" I say
"Sis don't tell me you are in your head again I know that tone of yours" he says whole rolling his eyes
"I don't know what it is Im lost and confused" I say sadly
"Well baby sis thats what your fabulous big brother is for so hurry your work day and get your ass over I'll have Margs ready for us love you more sis" he says and hangup
Next thing I know im about to be late so I run out the door with my coffee and start speeding since I turn out of my house when I finally reach my job I rush inside and go up till the 30th floor when I walk out of the elevator I see everyone whispering I'm wondering what's going on?
I settle and put all our paperwork on the desk and together and then everyone goes silent
"Well I expect you all to keep working and be on your best today I know we all know that the owner of the law firm will be here checking things out but we know what we are doing so we will all be fine" and I'm sitting here in another world because when has Caitlin ever been nice and I look at everyone face and they are wondering the same thing
"Kaela we are called to the top floor please come with me" she says smiling
I nod my head and walk behind her and we take the elevator up "I wanted to let you know Kaela you are a great worker and I'm glad you are my assistant" Caitlin says
"Um thank you" i say nervously is she getting ready to fire me and then gloat with other partners We step out and the door and walk into the pent boarding room it's beautiful very spacious I wonder why I'm called in today
