l had been at school all day and all day felt like all week, I was a primary school teacher and I need to spent more time with adults and not just miniature humans as I'm convinced i will turn into one.
I'm torn between stopping at my friend Lily's house or just going straight home and getting into bed which Tom would get into in the early hours of the morning then I'd wake up before him and head off.
I missed him although I live with him and sleep in the same bed we barely see eachother anymore, I miss his laugh and our conversations and sex bit it's neither of ours fault we work, we work like hell.
I decided just to pick up a pizza I can make when I get home with some garlic bread before heading back to mine and soon reached Home my bad in one hand and I opened the door with a huff dropping my bag on the floor by the pile of shoes before I walked into the house not bothering to take my heels off yet,
"Hey love!"I heard and opened my eyes to see Tom in front of me making me smile
"Hey!"I replied as he kissed me
"How are you-"I started to ask as he took the bag from my hand
"I made us dinner! Granted it took a couple more attempts than it should but better late than never!"he said dragging me into the kitchen/dining room
"I-"he cut me off again
"By the way you might want to throw out that pink kitchen pan thing!"he said with an awkward smile and I couldn't give 2 shits about the pan right now
"I just thought we should have dinner you know! Get our 5 a day, your a teacher so you know all about that health stuff and better to do it together-"he rambled and I couldn't help but smile
"Tom!"I said stopping him from walking as I grabbed him
"I missed you too!"I said with a smile and kissed him
"4 words!"he complained
"You said it in 4 words!"he added and I laughed at his little ramble he was never one for expressing feelings in a 'normal' way
"You look gorgeous!"he then said running his hand through my hair to my clip which he took out letting it fall over my shoulders and he quickly kissed my neck then lips
"Now please sit down!"he whispered and I nodded pecking his lips
"I feel like I should be doing all this!"I commented walking across the room
"Well I hope your not referring to you being a women and housework because I think you'll find we do not fit to those gender stereotypes!"he replied with a cocky grin
"I know! I'm taller than you!"I replied with another cocky smirk as I sat down and he turned around with an unimpressed look on his face and I popped a grape into my mouth as I was only taller than him when I wear heels and even then it's only an inch but still..
"So what are you making?"I asked and he smiled
"Pizza!"he replied
"And what we're you planning on making?"I added with a smirk
"Barbecue ribs!"he replied and I laughed as his plans never play out the way he thinks they will. He then placed the pizza down and we began eating and I eventually kicked my heels off under the table
"If you made mains I'll be in charge of dessert!"I said with a smirk making him blush
"I was hoping you'd say that!"he replied glancing at my cleavage.

My days recently have been exhausting I've been coming home at stupidly late times and waking up to an empty space next to me and tonight's been a fucking breath of fresh air,
And I told the crew that I will have more time off and not work stupid hours because I miss falling asleep with y/n in my arms and waking up with her draped across my body.
