Music has always been a part of my system. I could still remember the time when I first held a bass guitar and the thought of playing it just came naturally to me. And then I met these amazing guys who also shared the same passion as I do and we have been together ever since.
Being able to perform in front of a crowd with the people you made dreams with; Damn, it's the best feeling in the world.
I looked at Rowan and Vaughnn who were both at the back and then at Kyson who was beside me. We grinned at each other as he made a sign with his fingers. Vaughnn's drums start up with a pulsing beat. Kyson and Rowan join in, creating a harmony. And then I begin to strum as music flows through my veins. My heart rate begins to rise as the adrenaline starts to kick in.
Kyson walked up to the mic with one arm raised. "Let's do this!"
The cheers coming from the crowd. We crave every bit of it and live for each encounter.
It becomes our lifeline.
Our purpose.
Our entire world.
