Doing a complete 180 from their last mini album, Sweet Tooth was true in its name that it was full of songs that were almost sickly sweet. The title track "Really Really" emitted the feel of summer despite the mini album being released in January. During promotions of the mini album, Sugar and Spice collaborated with LGU+ to create a virtual reality experience based off the video game elements seen in the title track's music video.
