Light and Dark (A Sylveon x Umbreon Story)

Chapter 4

All of the students gasped at once, even the teacher looked a bit stunned.

"Dude is this guy for real?"

"Did he really give up that opportunity voluntarily?"

"This is the first time I've ever heard someone wanting to work alone!"

"Wow he definitely has brain damage!"

Meanwhile the main group sat there with their jaw opened.

"Wow..... that is just....I don't have the words." Stuttered Vaporeon.

"This is the first time I've ever seen someone brush you off to this degree." Said Glaceon.

"Uhm...Sylveon, you ok?". Asked Espeon.

"..."

All three of them stared at her nervously. But then:

"Looks like I have to up my game~." Said Sylveon

"Yup I'm definitely scared for him now." Sighed Espeon

"Well he kinda brought it upon himself." Replied Vaporeon

Then the teacher finally answered him

"No Umbreon, this is a team assignment, thus you are required to work in a team." Said the Gardevoir.

"Fine." The Umbreon said as he grumbled.

"Anyway you have until next Monday to submit the project. You will have to write a small story together on whatever you want. Now work!" Said the teacher before walking to her desk.

All the students assembled the tables to start the work, except Umbreon who staring at nothing. Sylveon ended up being the one who brought her table over to his. When she sat down next to him, he woke up from his state and looked at her, then he unenthusiastically grabbed a page and a pen. Sylveon decided now was the time to start her move.

"Hey there~" Said Sylveon with a flirty tone

"..." The Umbreon stared at her with a frown before saying: "What are we going to write about?"

Sylveon went into a bit of shock at this "He had no reaction at all!" Her mind said. She decided that maybe she might need try harder.

"Hmmmm~, idk what do you think~." She asked, while also taking to opportunity to hold his paw. However, when she went to hold it, he immediately pulled it back.

"You are not acting seriously, I just want this over with." Umbreon responded with a bit of frustration in his voice.

Right when she was going to try again, the bell rang signifying recess. Umbreon took the distraction to his advantage and immediately walked out of the class. Sylveon sat there shocked, until her friends approached her.

"Holy shit he had no reaction at ALL." Yelled Vaporeon.

"Yeah nothing. Even the boys who don't get swayed by you at least have a blush or at least some reaction, but never have I seen such a blank face." Said Glaceon.

"People are currently still talking about what happened. I'm certain that soon the entire school will know about it." Said Espeon

"Hmph! HE REALLY THINKS HE CAN IGNORE ME!" Yelled Sylveon, making her friends jump "Hmmm, I have a plan that will definitely work. C'mon, lets head to recess."

Her friends all followed her wondering what she is going to do.
