First session

POV Marinette:

I admit it, Adrien is a really company for me, in the past 3 days, I already forgot that I was sick, he even got me a new job, one of the best.

My old boss called me to apologize but it's already late, I told him that I work for Agreste. He begged me to be back and work with him but I don't accept. Working for a big company like Agreste is a big opportunity.

It was already morning; I was the first to wake up and Adrien still sleeping. We slept with our intravenous line in our back hand. I'm habituated of it now so it's not a big problem for me now. I stand up and rolled the line with me to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth but before I leave to my bed, I went to Adrien's bed and look at him sleeping. His face is so angelic, he is so cute, he lips are peach. I just know him for 3 days but I feel attached to him, he really supported me so much even when we both have the same sickness. I was thinking, he is sleeping and we are alone, a little kiss won't hurt and he won't know right?

I got my face closer; I closed my eyes and now just some centimeters separating my lips from him, but I felt two emerald green electric eyes looking at me. I move back so fast, blushing and feel embarrassed. He knows that I wanted to kiss him and by lips oh my god. He keeps looking at me, his eyes widened then he smiled softly

Adrien: good morning

Marinette: m... morning, g...good, I mean g...good m... morning

Adrien: you wake up early today?

Marinette: y... yes

Adrien: I will go to bathroom, I'm starving

Marinette: I will tell the nurses for our breakfast then

Adrien: thank you Mari

He gave me a peck on my cheek and he left to the bathroom, my cheeks are burning. I tapped on the button and a nurse come to our room, so I asked her for our breakfast, she nodded and she left to break to tray for both of us. Adrien still in the bathroom, he will come soon, but his lips was so soft on my cheek. How it would be on my lips?

POV Adrien:

Once I opened my eyes today, I saw two puffy pink lips closer to mine. I was about to close my eyes again and let her kiss me but she opened her eyes and moved back. I really wanted to kiss her badly and I was shocked and widen my eyes when I understood that she wanted to kiss me.

We talked for a bit then I stand up going to the bathroom rolling the IV line with me but before that, I gave her a peck on her cheek, leaving a blushing Marinette in the room.

I brushed my teeth and wash my face then I goes back to the room. I found Mari in her bed with the tray on her laps still blushing but she didn't eat yet.

Adrien: why you didn't eat nothing?

Marinette: w... waiting for you

It's my turn to blush, but I had a better idea. I got my tray and went to the end of her bed. I crossed my legs and laid the tray on them

Adrien: let's eat together then

She nodded and smiled widely. Her smile is wonderful, it's like a sunshine.

We finished our breakfast and they got the trays from us but a doctor goes in with two nurses.

Doctor: Mr. Agreste, Miss Dupain Cheng. So, your chemotherapy session will be every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For the duration of each session, it would be two hours for each of you. It would be from 2pm to 4pm.

Marinette: yay at least the same dates and times

Doctor: Mr. Agreste asked the nurse to set the same date and time for you both. Please join me. for the first time, we will test if the drug won't do anything to your body and if it goes well for the two hours, we will leave you for the coming 30 minutes, then we will be sure that the dose is good for both of you. After the first three sessions, you can get the IV line with you and walk where ever you want, it's not a need to stay two hours in the same seat

I nodded but Mari was so stressed. Both nurses removed the intravenous line from us and asked them to follow them but Mari still scared

Adrien (while I winked to the nurse and doctor): could I get at least 10 minutes with her, please

Doctor: sure, take your time, we will wait

The nurses and the doctor left and closed the room and I got closer to her. I hugged her tight, she put her hands on my chest crying

Marinette: I'm afraid Adrien

Adrien: hey don't be, I'm with you, I promise

Marinette: I can't do it

Adrien: you can do it, we can do it

Marinette: what if we die?

Adrien: you won't die, I promise you Mari

Marinette: ohhh Adrien

Adrien: Mari, I'm sorry for what ill do

Marinette: wha...t

I didn't let her finish; I closed my eyes and I pressed my lips on hers. Her eyes widen but then she closed them and kissed me back. We were both kissing and crying in the same time, I couldn't hold my tears even if I should be strong. Her lips were like in my dreams, they are soft, they are tasty, I regret that I asked only for 10 minutes, I would kiss her for more time. I'm really falling for her even if the place of our meeting is strange

POV Marinette:

I was crying, afraid of the first session, I know I will feel pain, I know that I will lose my weight, and my hair, that's what the chemotherapy will get from both of us. Adrien's words were peace for my heart, but what warmed it more was his kiss, his lips were very warm, I wanted that it last for long but he pulled off

Adrien: we should leave now

Marinette: Adrien I...

Adrien: when we finish our session, we will kiss for longer I promise

I got red from toes to my cheeks, and I got hot when he intertwined our fingers and we left to the session and went to the chemotherapy room.

The nurse sits us on two comfortable seats, she gave both of us a pre-medication then she hangs the bag of the medication on the IV stand and then start the different IVs then the intravenous line in the back of our hands, she put mine in the right hand but Adrien for the left hand after that she left. the medicine was painful, so painful, letting my tears falling meanwhile Adrien bite his lip and closed his eyes while resting his head on the headrest. I stopped crying and I asked him

Marinette: Adrien?

Adrien: y... yes?

Marinette: hold my hand

We held our free hands; I was sitting in his right side and we intertwined our fingers. We were alone in the room, so I leaned to him and gave him a peck on his lips

Marinette: just to encourage myself

Adrien: naughty girl, we will talk later about that.

We laugh and talk to know each other much better. The nurses used to check us every 15 minutes to check our vitals and make sure we aren't reacting to the medications. Once the two hours are over, they asked us to wait 30 minutes after the chemotherapy is done to make sure that we have any reaction to the medicine.

Once done, we finally left, we were fine with it. We went to our room and we finally rested in our bed, they asked us that we can leave after the third session, finally this time without the intravenous line, we are free from it
