So, u might hv read the description that this story is about naitik and singhanias questioning kartik about his family...here kartik is actually an orphan...his parents died when he was 12 yrs old...he lived in an orphanage till he turned 18 and then started doing small jobs...After much time, he got job in singhania diamonds...
Rest all things are same as in the show, but the main point is akshara can't go against his husband...naira will support kartik and leave the house with him, but naitik will blame him for everything...kartik is broken as naitik and naksh hurts him...
