Both Nayeon and Dahyun came inside and saw Nayeon's parents on the couch waiting for her
"Mom, dad" Nayeon said
"Anak!, it's been a while!" Mrs. Im said and approach Nayeon for a hug
"Hi mom, yeah, it's been a while" Nayeon said and pat her mom's back
"Who do have here?" Mrs. Im asked
"a-ah, I'm Kim Dahyun po, it's nice to meet you po Mrs. Im" Dahyun said and bowed
"Ay ano kaba!, don't call me Mrs. Im, you can call me tita, or mom na rin" Mrs. Im said and Dahyun smiled at her
Meanwhile Nayeon approached her father and nagmano siya
"Hi po Dad" Nayeon said
"Hey Nayeon" Her Dad said as he closes the news paper he's reading
"Ja!, since everyone is here!, shall we eat now?" Mrs. Im asked
"I'll change first mom, come on bab--..., D-dahyun" Nayeon said
"Dahyun can wait here at the living room Nayeon, go and change your clothes first" Mr. Im said that makes Dahyun and Nayeon gulps
"O-okay" Nayeon said and hesitantly goes to her room
"Hi po" Dahyun said and slowly sat down on the couch
"Hey, so you're Dahyun?" Mr. Im asked and Dahyun nodded
"Kim Dahyun po" Dahyun said
"So you're a new friend of my daughter?" Mr. Im asked
"Y-yes po" Dahyun nervously said
'Putangina maiihi ako sa kaba, shit, Hyeongseo please save me' Dahyun thought
Silence filled the living room and a few minutes later Nayeon came out wearing comfortable clothes
"L-let's eat na" Nayeon said as she noticed the tension on the living room
Mr. and Mrs. Im headed to the kitchen while Nayeon looked at Dahyun
"You okay babe?" Nayeon whispers
"A bit, I'm so fucking nervous" Dahyun whispered back
"It's okay, we'll face this together" Nayeon said and Dahyun nodded and both of them headed to the kitchen
All of them started to eat as Mrs. Im asked a lot of question to Dahyun
"So, Dahyun, why does your parents do?" Mr. Im asked that makes Nayeon look at her father
'Shutangina' Dahyun thought as she clears her throat
"My, father works overseas, and my mom is a call center agent" Dahyun said and Mr. Im nodded
"Do you have any siblings or are you an only child?" Mrs. Im asked
"I have a younger sister po, her name is Kim Hyeongseo, she's also Nayeon's friend po" Dahyun said
"Wow, Nayeonie, seems like you have a lot of new friends, i want to meet them soon" Mrs. Im said and looked at Nayeon
'why the fuck are they acting so different?, is it because Dahyun is here?, tsk, mga plastic' Nayeon thought
"Yeah.....but before that..." Nayeon said
'Yes tama, I don't want to be here ng matagal, Dahyun might uncomfortable so it's better if sasabihin ko na sakanila' Nayeon thought
"I have something to tell you guys" Nayeon said and looked at Dahyun
"technically, both of us are, but mostly me, since magulang ko naman kayo" Nayeon said as she hold Dahyun's hands
"Alam ko na magagalit kayo saakin, and I'm sorry for that" Nayeon started
"Mom, dad, me.....and Dahyun...., are dating, she's my girlfriend" Nayeon said and held Dahyun's hands tighter
Mr. and Mrs. Im stopped eating as they look at each other
'Ayan na' Nayeon thought as she took a deep breath
"I told this to you guys not to give us blessings, sinabi ko sainyo since parents ko parin kayo even you don't treat me as your daughter anymore" Nayeon said
"Nayeon anak, don't think about that, it's okay to me....., I'm happy for you two, bagay kayo sa isa't isa" Mrs. Im said and Nayeon looked at her
"Come on, say something" Mrs. Im said as she nudge Mr. Im
Mr. Im took a deep breath and looked at Nayeon who's already looking at him
"Nayeon....." Mr. Im started
"I'm sorry"
