Story Summary: The power of Kamen Rider Century mysteriously returns when a new terrorist organization emerges.
Plot of BLACKFOX: Rikka Isurugi is a young girl living at her family home at the edge of Brad City. She is the descendant of ninjas and is expected to follow in the steps of her grandfather, Hyoei Isurugi, and become the next family head. However she wants to be like her father, Allen Isurugi, a renowned robot scientist.
Plot of Hand Shakers: Tazuna Takatsuki, a high-school student with a knack for mechanics, accepts a certain repair request and visits a university research facility. There, he meets Koyori Akutagawa, a lone girl asleep on a bed.
Plot of Ninja Blade: In 2011, UN peacekeeper force during a mission to track down unlawful weapon trafficking stumped upon a small village in Africa that was attacked by unknown creatures in the form of oversized rats. After disposing the rats, the survivors were moved to a research facility where they underwent examination. While at the research facility, the survivors began to show symptoms of necrotizing fasciitis. When further examined, the researchers found an unknown type of hook worm. It was classified as "Alpha-worm". Conventional medicine had no effects on the patients. The worms deformed the victims, but the infection increased the strength and resilience of the people infected. The infected eventually broke free and attacked the researchers. A few researchers survived, only to find that they had been infected as well. Due to a fear of an outbreak, the military assaulted the facility and destroyed all traces of the infected and the Alpha-worms.

Kamen Rider Century: Aru and Sakurami Hinata are together able to transform into the completed Kamen Rider Century. Doing so transports Sakurami's body from the future, reuniting it with his consciousness. Due to being designed to defeat Diablo, Kamen Rider Century is incredibly powerful. They are able to move at high speeds using Centuriantum, a special quantum energy. Century can also create the Dest Cyclone, a bladed wheel-like construct that can be used both offensively and defensively. Multiple Dest Cyclones can be created at a time. Dest Cyclones can also be suspended in the air, allowing Century or another Rider to use them as platforms. The completed form of Century is able to transport other people to different locations using the Cyclotron Driver.
